Designing an Effectiveness Measurement Model for Educational Systems
As holding educational courses requires great amount of money, managers expect tohave detailed and precise information about the effectiveness of education on theirorganizations. They want to realize the advantages and disadvantages of suchcourses in order to consider them in future programs.This piece of research is intended to design a model for continuous andsystematic measurement of the effectiveness of educational system, and to identifythe factors influencing its effectiveness and its applicability in other organizations,especially in large-scale ones. Consequently, the scientific bases of the issue, as wellas the current models, were reviewed first, and then, the methodology of the processand the model were proposed. Afterwards, applying appropriate statisticalevaluation, the validity and reliability of the model were tested. Finally, somesuggestions were proposed for executing the model.
