Social factors of the effective on the amount of the social trust among faculty members

The title of the research is "to study effects of Social Factors on amount of social trust among of the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University, Roudhen branch". The main aim was to know of effective factors on amount of social trust among of the faculty members and achieving to an analytic theoretical model for evaluating of effective factors on the social trust. The research method is survey and technique of the gathering the information is a questionnaire. The sample included 180 faculty members of Islamic Azad University Roudhen branch that were selected by the method of sampling of clustered and simple random. The data were analyzed by Lisrel software. The research findings indicate that there is a pattern of direct relation between independent variables and dependent variable. The results of modeling also show that, there are a relationship between independent variables and dependent variable that we can argue that were presented models have a good adaption and there is a good adaption between structural model and experimental data.
