Organizational Readiness of Implementation by Considering
Knowledge Management Effective Success Factors

Today, knowledge management (KM) has become a competitive necessity in organizations and many managers have realized the fundamental role of knowledge in seeking competitive advantages and strategic goals of organizations. However, if the infrastructure and processes of organization are not appropriate for implementing KM, human and financial resources will be wasted. Therefore, it is e organizations evaluate their readiness in this area before any action. In fact, KM readiness assessment indicates the current status of KM in organization and also shows necessary changes to improve its capabilities. This assessment will be po KM or KM frameworks and maturity models. In this article, according to the first method, success factors of KM were extracted by reviewing related papers over 14 years. Then, the factors were prioritized w Delphi technique by surveying specialists. The results were reviewed and classified by the board of related experts and then by extracting success factors of knowledge management, the readiness assessment framework for the organization was presented. F framework was tested by a questionnaire in a research organization and the readiness status of organization was described in various dimensions and then suggestions were presented for promotion.
