A Review on Relationship Between Culture and Creativity of Public Organization

Due to technology developing and the mechanization of process of tasks, the kind of human activities has changed and curently is knowna mental work so this matter reveal the need a creative mind and promotion of the level of creativity among the organization personals. Although the plan and goal of this organization makes the base of its function, many researches show that the desired work efficiency increases by meeting the needs of that organization personals by a number of other work place variables including organizational culture. this research by considering the importance and necessity of creativity in organizations has tried to consider the relation between the culture and organizational creativity at the level of official organizations of the province Sistan and Baluchestan. in this study, organizational culture is considered as independent variable and organizational creativity is considered as dependent variable. Results of this research come briefly as following: there is a meaningful relation between the culture and creativity of an organization. There is a positive correlation between rational culture and organizational creativity.There is a negative correlation between hierarchic culture and organizational creativity. There is a positive correlation between participation culture and organizational creativity.
