A Molel for Warranty Outsourcing by PROMETHEE Method and Moltiobjective Linear Programming

In this article we introduce a model for guarantee service outsourcing. This model was built based on two phases. First, after referring a defective product, with using PROMETHEE, we start to rank the priority of our partners to assign the defective products. In the second phase, we assign the products to partner with multiobjective linear programming based on the priorities that was earned from the first phase. Minimizing costs and maximizing customer satisfaction are the major goals in this article. For example, with decreasing the waiting time for repair the products or decreasing distances for sending the products for repair, we can expect increasing in customer satisfaction. The model that we introduce in this article is dynamics and be able to apply in many real world problems.
