Prioritizing Improvement Projects in EFQM Using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Approach (Case Study: Yazd Regional Electeric Company)

Efqm excellence model is an imprical tool for organizations to find out their flaws and improvable sides using their level in excellence route, using this model organizations become able to move in the way of deploying proper managerial systems and get to the aim of improvement with implementation of improvement projects.improper facilities and limitation af resources is a great limit for organizations to deploy all improvement projects of efqm self assessment simultanously.so ranking of efqm improvement projects according to their strategic and long-term goals seems to be essential.unfortunately after scientific searchs about efqm model,we found out that there is not a specific framework for ranking the improvement projects of efqm according to organizations strategies and policies.in this research in order to eliminate this limitation we decided to introduce a model with balanced score card approach that empowers us to rank efqm improvement projects in a systematic way.
