The analisise of development indexes in chadegan townships; before & after of operation zayanderood tourism site

Abstract:

One of the methods for facilitating and expediting of balanced development process of regions and also equitable and logical distribution of possibilities or services is profiting and exploiting from relative advantages and extent potential of each region. This strategy is known as regional development and reconstruction process. The main object of this research is to determine the economic and social effects of Zayanderood tourism site in development process of Chadegan town befor and after it. This research has two parts. The first part was Isard´s regional analysis technique and second part has done by Likert’s procedures. we compared 55 indexes of development process in Chadegan and Choghakhor areas. The result indicated the differences between these indexes at 3 time sections): 65-70(,)70-75 (and)75-80(, in Chadegan and Choghakhor towns. Also, it showed that in these time sections, development indexes had no growth, maybe less than mid level in Isfahan province). 60 %,67.3 %,60. (%The result shows that Chadegan is still under average of development’s indexes even after establishment Zayanderood tourism site.
