The Relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment with teachers, morale in girl guidance schools in Marvdasht city

The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between organizational climates and organizational commitments with morale. The study used the descriptive (Survey) method of data collection. The population of study was 315 teachers of Marvdasht guidance school which 118 of them were selected using the simple random sampling. Three questionnaires (organizational climate،organizational commitment and morale) were used as the study materials and the reliability of each one was measured as 0. 796، 0. 814، and 0. 869 respectively. In order to analyse the data، correlation coefficient، simple linear and stepwise regression، and path analysis were used. The results are (1) there is positive meaningful relationship between organizational climates dimensions and morale (2) There is positive meaningful relationship between organizational climates، organizational commitments، and morale (3) there is positive meaningful relationship between belonging، friendship، rationality dimensions and organizational climates (4) there is positive meaningful relationship between norm dimension، stability dimension، emotional dimension and organizational dimension.
