The effect of superstitions on dogmatism and eclecticism

Stating that superstitions result from ignorance and are coupled with dogmatism, the writer tries to unravel the mystery of superstitions, and concludes that superstitions have done an irreparable harm to the true ideas of Islam, the greatest of which being the eclectic ideas mixing superstitions and pure Islamic ideas. The writer raises the question why the illiterate never abandon their superstitious beliefs and tries to answer this question. He concludes by saying that it is the duty of religious leaders to fight all forms of superstitions and help the common people find their way.
