Basijis Education Movement Plan’s been developed and implemented to elevate scientific levels and enable Basij’s commanders and managers, so that educational capacities’ of different Moghavemat bases authorities increases, their educational needs responds and human resources improves. The plan’s very necessary to study and gather comprehensive information about effectiveness of the plan in various aspects and strengthen educational contents and evaluating the plan. Some 372 commanders and managers from 2800 in different regions took up and studied through random survey. The results of the research studied through descriptive and inferential statistics, and accepted by 90% effectiveness. So the plan could get to its objectives.

Skillful and effective human resources are the main basis of development and countering the complex conditions. The resources to be updated with hi tech and science needs different educations. Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is among organizations to guard the achievements needs to have impressive forces. Basij’s one of these forces, to elevate desired level of preparations developed vertical and horizontal special courses. Moghavemat guild’s one of these courses which cadets learn to get familiar with vision and mission.

This research examines the effective rate in the execution of unitive preparation Doctrine on individual readiness in Brigade 44 of Ghamare Banihashem after notification in year 1385. The hypothesis was that individual preparation of personnel such as faithful and spiritual preparation, general physical preparation, individual defense and fighting professional skills (general and special) have increased after notification of unitive This study is a scientific and inferentially descriptive research. The statistical population is included (140 commander's subjects of platoons, companies, battalions, managers, responsible of deputies, and remainder commanders. Samples were selected by randomly stratified way using kokran formula n=130. A questionnaire included twenty - one open-ended and three closed – ended questions was used to survey the effective rate in the implementation of unitive preparation doctrine on individual preparations. Data was collected and analyzed by computer, SPSS software, K2 test, and inferential descriptive statistics. obtained findings of the test K2 implementation showed that there was a significant positive effectiveness in hypotheses answers. Responders confirmed that the implementation of unitive preparation doctrine has increased individual preparations in Ghamare Banihashem, s brigade 44

This applied research uses correlation approach to review effectiveness of cultural activities of Qom's Moghavemat bases to counter soft threats. To do so, a main hypothesis and seven secondary ones developed. The research theoretical principles divided to three parts: (acknowledgement of culture, threats and Basij). Features of cultural strengthening Basij personnel checked by software through distance and grading measurements according to theoretical principles of the research, because most activities are common in Basij bases.

Evaluating and recognizing elements constituting culture and organizational conditions in IRRGC (Sepah) advanced educational centers are among the objectives of the research. The objective of this applied research is to promote productions in authentic situation. Descriptive and time measuring methodology is employed in the research. In general, it's found that cultural indicators in behavioral arena are better than the ones in structural domain. So, organizational culture and status quo are consistent and effective efforts should be implemented to get to better conditions.

Leisure time's a multidimensional, cultural phenomenon. Spending leisure time's been developed and changed and it's got new shapes, as society progresses. Many social and cultural organizations intent to cover citizen's leisure time with the best way. Basij's done great deal of researches to find the best ones to enrich leisure time. The research used survey and questionnaire methods with cluster approaches to 400 Esfehani basij personnel in some phases.
