The manuscripts were then finalized by the evaluation of five experts in the anger domain via the Delphi method.
    Results
20 distinctive definitions, 4 related major constructions, 4 major classifications, incidence rates in varied populations, situations in military and clinical settings, and causes of anger have been distinguished.
    Conclusion
conducting systematized studies according to unified theoretical constructions, would better show the anger status in different clusters of the society. In high-risk environments (e.g., military and clinical environments) anger management trainings are mandatory before and during services.

Nowadays, data mining as the process of arrangement and classifications of voluminous data is one of the most important technics for studying and analyzing data in different organizations and domains. Data mining is among technological improvements towards data managing. Also, the wide use of information systems and databases has converted its merging with traditional methods into a necessity. Due to the existence of the large datasets in health-care organizations, data mining process has become necessary towards the automatic summarization of data and the extraction of the stored information and detection of the pattern from data. As nowadays the wide volume of data is daily obtained during care and treatment processes, analyzing them in order to discover the patterns and new science that can be resulted to upgrade health has been extremely inconspicuous. Therefore, the purpose of the present research is studying strategies and technics of data mining as one of the most important approaches in the development of health domains.

Sexual deviations are disorders in which the individual has fantasies, sexual desires or behaviors that are repetitive and sexually provocative and often include inhumane issues for at least 6 months. Since these people usually make various legal problems for both themselves and others, this disorder is of special interest. Different models have discussed on the etiology of sexual deviations among of which the special psychoanalysis of Freud have investigated this disorder more comprehensively. In Freudian’s psychoanalysis, sexual deviation has a neurosis structure and shows that sexual deviated has in fact accepted the deprivation of the mother, but is still trying to return to the bosom of the mother and the denying father. Also, in self-psychology the sexual deviant who has had wrong repeating scenarios in regards to his/hers relationship with parents or as a sadistic seeks to create a temporary and false glorious sense of confidence, to create a grandiose "self" who is self- sufficient and does not need anyone. In many cases body organ justifications are also considered for sexual deviations. Among the examined patients in psychiatric clinics, 74% had hormone level disorders, 27% had neurologic symptoms, 24%, had chromosomal disorders, 9% had epilepsy, 4% had abnormal EEG, 4% had major psychiatric disorders, and 4% had mentalretardation. Some sources propose 9 identifications for sexual deviation which include: Fetishism, Pedophilia, Exhibitionism, Voyeurism, Sexual Masochism, Sexual Sadism, Transvestic fetishism, Frotteurism and Paraphilias. The treatment of sexual deviations has great complexity due to its coincidnce with psychiatric disorders such as personality disorders, as well as other factors such as the patients’ shame and modesty and not stating their problems. The treatment of sexual deviation is considered to have four general purposes including a) reducing sexual desires b) giving insight and understanding to the patient c) controlling external stimuli d) treating concurrent disorders. The treatment of sexual deviation involves extensive ranges of biological therapies to mental therapies. One of the major approaches to psychotherapy in the treatment of sexual deviations is the insight oriented approach that causes a person to improve his interpersonal skills and to find an acceptable method for sexual gratification. Treatment in groups through specific procedures and guidelines and practices can also help the patients. When a person has other psychiatric disorders, pharmacotherapy can treat concurrent biological problems of the individual as well as reducing sexual and obsessive desires. In rare cases where the problem is very serious or causes legal conflicts, surgical treatment is recommended.

    Introduction
educational justice can transform all the dimensions of nursing and provide a background for developing its talent and ability in national and international levels. This study has aimed to explain the status of educational justice in nursing education in Iran.
    Methods
This study is a review with a qualitative content analysis method; the data were collected with the search keywords clinical education, educational justice, clinical education challenges, educational equality, fairness in evaluation, in Persian and English separately and were combined in databases PubMed, Elsevier, Medline, Google Scholar, Scopus, SID, IranMedex and Magiran. Thirty five articles which had full-text access, published in Persian and English between 2000 -2014 were included in this study.
    Result
Five categories were extracted including: "educational justice in the clinical evaluation "," educational justice in having an appropriate physical environment for clinical training"," educational justice in having equal rights for all students from different disciplines"," educational justice in having the experienced trainers regardless of geographic location"," educational justice about communications at the bedside”.
    Conclusion
Educational justice in clinical situations is not appropriate and the most important aspect of this injustice is lack of fairness in the clinical evaluation. Given that many studies have been done in this regard, it is time to shift research to assessing and implementing strategies to improve educational and evaluation justice in true settings. This is because students cannot tolerate injustice in the clinical settings and thus motivation, commitment and professionalism is marred in injustice atmospheres.

Next, based on the relevance of the articles to the subject of our study and the opinions from the research team, relevant and appropriate articles were selected and analyzed contextually.
    Results
Among 174 papers, 8 fully related papers to the subject of the research were ultimately selected. Massage therapy can lead to a reduction of pain, stress and anxiety in patients, as well as the reduction of need for sedatives in patients in line for heart surgeries.
