Implementation of judicial policies is one of the important issues in the judiciary with a major role in ensuring justice and implementing the rule of law. This research aims to design a model to implement judicial policies in Iran's judicial system.

In this research, 26 semi-structured interviews were conducted with elites of the judiciary, and 333 concept codes were obtained accordingly. Applying the thematic analysis of qualitative data, similar concepts were merged or deleted and common themes and patterns related to the topic of research were identified and extracted. The design of the initial model was done at three levels of basic, organizing, and global themes. A three-round fuzzy Delphi survey was carried out to validate the model by aggregating the opinions of 20 experts from the Iranian judiciary and universities collected via a distributed questionnaire among them.

Performing the data analysis, 122 basic themes, 36 organizing themes, and 8 main inclusive themes were obtained which formed the theoretical model. According to the achieved results of the present study, the dimension of implementation policies has the most effect on the model of implementing judicial policies. Dimensions of Strengthen of the implementation actors, network governance in the justice system, the structure of implementation, empowerment of human resources, personal characteristics of judges, and principles of culture, religion, and citizens, are the following factors influencing the model, respectively.

The extracted dimensions and components from the research model are comparable to some religious doctrines and upstream documents. Therefore, such a model can guarantee the progress of the judiciary when being pursued.

The judiciary roles a significant role in the policy implementation process, According to the mission of the judiciary and the conditions prevailing in the country, the implementation of policies in this judiciary is of particular importance. The purpose of this study is to present a Native pattern of judicial policy implementation: using the application of of Theme analysis and fuzzy Delphi approach. Therefore, first in the qualitative part of the research, using in-depth semi-structured interviews with experts in the judiciary, the necessary information was collected and with the aim of extracting elements and components of the model, this information was based on Theme analysis method at three levels: basic, organizer and comprehensive Was coded. The Statistical Society of the study includes 26 experts in the field of policy implementation. Purposeful sampling has been used to screen and validate the network of themes using three rounds of fuzzy Delphi technique.

The judiciary, with its effective role in resolving contest, protecting public rights, expanding and enforcing justice, implements poblic policies that affect all sections of society.

Based on the literature on the implementation and policy implementation in the judiciary, the factors influencing the implementation of the policy based on the Nakamura and Smallwood approach, the research model was determined. To collect data, interviews were conducted with 28 experts working in the field of Policy, implementing and Evaluation judiciary policies. Sampling was done purposefully and data analysis was performed using qualitative approaches and interpretive analysis method for data analysis.

According to the results, all editors, administrators and evaluators are effective in implementing policies, and administrators have the most important role, and there is a deep and interdependent relationship between administrators and policy makers in the judiciary, the factors involved in this relationship are clearly Goals, the nature of the tasks, and the amount of control that they apply to each other.

NAJA is one of the most important armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, whose human resources are the basis of it. The prevention of crime and social harm in society is one of the most important duties of the police; therefore, in this article, we attempt to study the relationship between quality of life and the performance of employees of Fars Police Officers with a dynamic approach. The statistical population of this study was 798 employees of Fars Police Officers of 44 police stations and outposts from south of Fars Province. A sample of 259 people was selected by simple random sampling method. In this research, Walton Quality of Work Life Questionnaire and employee performance evaluation questionnaire containing 12 dimensions and 40 components were used. Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the data and information. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the quality of working life and its dimensions (Fair and adequate payment, safe and hygienic work environment, providing opportunities for promotion and continuing security, legal regulation in the organization, social affiliation in working life, overall living space, unity and social cohesion in the organization and development of human capabilities) and employee performance.
