International Journal Of Nonlinear Analysis And Applications, Volume:16 Issue: 1, Jan 2025, PP 59 -73This research aims to design a pattern for managers’ professional ethics factors focusing on the mine workers’ mental health. This research’s method, which is based on the interpretative paradigm, is developmental, respecting the goal, and it has an exploratory-analytical nature by an inductive approach adoption, and it has used mixed research (qualitative/quantitative) from the statistical community of industry and university experts through a targeted sampling method. Three steps have been considered to achieve the research’s main goal. The factors of the managers’ professional ethics have been identified in the research’s first step through investigating the published articles at the national and international level with content analysis method by NVIVO software, and then, the 15 main factors were finalized and confirmed through the Delphi method and using EXCEL software in the second step in order to naturalize the factors extracted from the articles emphasizing its effect on mine workers’ mental health. The factors rating and pattern presentation were done in the third step using the ISM method. The present research has provided the factors of professional ethics of Iranian mine managers and the relationships between these factors emphasizing the mine workers’ mental health to be applied by the mining industries’ managers of Iran and invited them to pay extra attention to factors such as characteristic traits and perceptual skills which are the most effective variables through presenting a pattern of managers’ professional ethics factors.Keywords: Mining Industries, Managers’ Professional Ethics, Employees’ Mental Health

Background
Today, ethics is recognized as one of the most important variables in the success of organizations and the rule of professional ethics is able to significantly help the organization to reduce tensions and achieve goals, and therefore having professional ethics in organizations as a There is a competitive advantage. On the other hand, the role of ethics in actions and behaviors, in decisions and choices, and in attitudes and communications is important and decisive. If moral values are not internalized in a society and its organizations, neither the law nor the efforts and measures of the government nor any other tools and mechanisms will function. The purpose of this study was to review international scientific productions in the field of professional ethics of managers.
MethodThis study follows the interpretive paradigm and was conducted by systematic review method. Using the search terms defined in the web of science database in the title of the articles and in the period from 1955 to 2022, the published researches in the field of professional ethics of the managers were examined and the articles that meet the entry and exit criteria were selected and the case information The need to achieve the objectives of the research was extracted and scientifically researched using VOSviewer software version 1.6.11, which is software in the field of scientometrics.
ConclusionThe most research on professional ethics of managers is related to 2019, and the United States, United Kingdom and Australia have the highest number of researches, respectively, and Iranian writers have the least contact with other countries.

مقارن با بحران انرژی در جهان، تلاشها در جهت کاهش مصرف انرژی در حوزه ساخت و ساز، و بهبود عملکرد انرژی در ساختمان بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. طراحی و ساخت مناسب عناصر و اجزاء ساختمان می تواند باعث کاهش مصرف انرژی، کاهش تاثیرات منفی بر محیط زیست و صرفه جویی اقتصادی در طول چرخه حیات ساختمان شود. پنجره و سطوح شیشه ای معمولا عنصر نما با کمترین مقاومت حرارتی و کم ضخامت ترین عنصر سازنده همراه با بالاترین رسانایی گرمایی در ساختمان است. در شرایط استاندارد، پنجره و تهویه دو سامانه جدا از هم هستند که فقدان سیستم مدیریت صحیح می تواند مصرف انرژی در ساختمان را افزایش دهد. در این مطالعه استفاده از پنجره هواگذر به عنوان راه حلی مناسب و روشی غیرفعال در کاهش مصرف انرژی ساختمان معرفی شد و فاکتورهای ترکیبی همچون استفاده از لایه های پوشش کم گسیل و مواد تغییر فازدهنده در بهبود عملکرد حرارتی این نوع پنجره ها و کاهش بار سرمایشی و گرمایشی ساختمان مورد واکاوی قرار گرفت. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی با مطالعه کیفی بود. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، بررسی منابع مکتوب، اسناد، مدارک، مطالعات پیشین و روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، تحلیل محتوا بود. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که استفاده از پنجره های هواگذر در ترکیب با مواد تغییر فازدهنده و سایه بان های داخلی جاذب یا انعکاسی با قابلیت تغییر وضعیت در فصول سرد و گرم سال، می تواند با ایجاد عملکردی پویا در فصول مختلف، تاثیر قابل توجهی در کاهش بارگرمایشی و سرمایشی و کاهش مصرف انرژی در ساختمان ها داشته باشد.

Proper design and construction of building elements and components can reduce energy consumption, reduce negative impacts on the environment and save money throughout the life cycle of the building. The window is usually the façade element with the lowest thermal resistance and the thinnest component with the highest thermal conductivity in the building. Under standard conditions, windows and ventilation are two separate systems, that the lack of a proper management system can increase energy consumption in the building. In this study, the use of airflow window was introduced as a suitable solution and a passive method to reduce the energy consumption of the building, and the effect of combined factors such as low emission coating layers and phase change materials was investigated in improving the thermal performance of this type of windows and reducing cooling and heating load of the building. The research method was descriptive-analytical with a qualitative study. The data collection tool was a review of written sources, documents, and previous studies, and the method of data analysis was content analysis. The results of the study indicated that using the airflow windows in combination with phase change materials and absorbent or reflective internal curtains with the ability to change the position in the cold and hot seasons of the year, can create a dynamic performance in different seasons, and have a significant effect on reduction of heating and cooling loads and energy consumption in the buildings.
