    The purpose of this research is to perform a thematic analysis of challenges and solutions for the development of sports culture at home (Case study: Birjand city during the COVID-19 epidemic). Thematic analysis was used as a tool for qualitative research. Experts in the field of sports, including professors of sociology and sports administration, are the socio-statistics for the current study. Sampling was done on purpose. The interview was the research instrument in which 13 subjects participated. The interviewees and subsequently the expert academics analyzed and validated the study instruments (the interview), and the reliability was assessed using the intra-subject agreement technique, which yielded a reliability value of 0.81. The data were analyzed using a thematic approach. According to the findings of the semi-structured interviews, the obstacles and solutions for the development of sports culture at home are influenced by a number of elements. In the portion of the challenge, which includes 6 concepts and 26 open codes, they were divided into two primary groups such as information challenges and macro problems. Three primary categories—media focus, instruction, and human resources development—were noted in the section on solutions. Thirty-seven open codes and 8 ideas are divided across these three categories. The research's findings demonstrated that in order to foster a culture of sports at home during epidemics, we need to pay close attention to the categories extracted. This will help us plan more effectively for the growth of public sports in the future during epidemic illness periods.

    The purpose of this research was to estimate and evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements resulting from the endorsement of famous athletes on the attitude of students of sport sciences faculties in Tehran. The present study is applied and part of correlation studies with a structural equation modeling approach. The statistical population of the research was all students studying in Sport sciences faculties in Tehran and among sports fans, 384 of whom were selected as a statistical sample through an online questionnaire and using available sampling. The tool of data collection was the modified questionnaire on the effectiveness of Keshmiri (2016) advertising based on the AIDA model and the Pyun (2006) questionnaire on attitude towards advertising through sports. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results were calculated and the final model was presented using the structural equation modeling method through Smart PLS3 software. The findings showed that the endorsement of famous athletes has many outcomes, which in this research showed a positive and significant effect on the attitude of student fans. Therefore, according to the study findings, it can be said that the advertisements made by famous athletes have been effective both in general and in the aspects of attracting attention, creating interest, and the desire to make a purchase. Finally, the results showed that the effectiveness of advertisements by famous athletes can create a positive attitude in the minds of the audience and cause younger athletes to be more successful in this field.

    Purpose
    This research aims to investigate the effect of human resource information systems on individual innovation capacity, with the mediating role of emotional commitment and work engagement in football federation employees.
    methods
    The statistical population of this research was all employees of the Iran soccer Federation (Tehran). 291 employees of the Football Federation were selected purposefully. The research tool is the standard questionnaire of Najib Bin Musa, Rakiye Al-Arabi (2020) Questionnaire questions include a five-point Likert scale (very low, low, medium, high, very high). Also, to organize, summarize and describe the sample sizes, descriptive statistics were used, and to test the statistical hypotheses, considering the number of the research sample and disconfirming the presumption of normality of the data distribution, the correlation coefficient, and the structural equation model were used. It should be noted that Smart-PLS 3.2.8 software was used in this research.
    Results
    The results of the research showed that human resource information systems directly have a significant effect on individual innovation, job involvement, and emotional commitment. Also, human resource information systems indirectly affect the individual innovation of football federation employees through job involvement and emotional commitment. Human resource information systems indirectly affect soccer federation employees' innovation through job involvement and emotional commitment. Moreover, occupational conflict and emotional commitment have a positive and significant effect on the individual innovation of soccer federation employees.
    Conclusion
    Managers of sports federations can increase employees' emotional commitment and job involvement in addition to implementing human resources information systems to increase employee innovation.

    Purpose
    The purpose of this research was to identifying and analyzing the barriers to wrestling development of Ardabil province.
    Methods
    This study was of a qualitative type with a phenomenological approach and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population was made up of all veterans, coaches and professors of wrestling in Ardabil province, who participated in the research using the purposeful sampling method of 11 people, and the interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect research data. Also, for validity from the point of view of an external judge and to check the reliability, Silverman’s approach and the degree of similarity between the opinions of three coding experts were used, which were approved. MAXQDA20 software was used to check open and central codes.
    Results
    First, from the primary data, the codes related to the subject were determined, and 50 open codes were obtained. In the next step, the identified codes were identified in the form of specific categories, and then the obtained categories were classified and combined based on the degree of conceptual similarity, and compiled in the form of seven main obstacles, based on the frequency of social, economic, Cultural, personal, physical, legal and political were prioritized.
    Conclusion
    Based on the findings, it is suggested that those in charge of sports can show the real status of wrestling in Ardabil province by discovering and developing talents, holding competitions and paying attention to the economic factors of coaches and athletes.

    Background

    Addressing the issue of social responsibility is pleasant and valuable for every human being, and this category has found a special place in the context of sports. To date, different forms of this category have emerged, one of which is social responsibility in the individual dimension, which can be addressed to all sections of society.

    Objective

    Due to the importance of the subject, the purpose of this study was to construct and validate a scale for measuring the social responsibility of famous Iranian athletes.

    Methods

    The methodology of the present study is descriptive-analytical and based on the purpose of applied studies. The statistical population of the present study consisted of physical education students of Tehran, Beheshti, Modares and Kharazmi universities in 3 levels. Structural equations were used to determine the sample size and finally 338 questionnaires were examined. In order to evaluate the validity and reliability of the instrument, indicators such as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis based on structural equation modeling, divergent and convergent validity and Cronbach’s alpha and combined reliability, each of which performs a specific action.

    Results

    Moreover, the results of all indicators indicated a favorable evaluation of the instrument.

    Conclusion

    Therefore, it is suggested that researchers in the field of sports management use this standardized tool to assess the level of responsibility of famous Iranian athletes and provide desirable results.
