Despite abundant resources, the automotive industry is reported to adversely impact the environment owing to the use of heavy machinery, diverse and governmental management policies for car production per hour, remarkable employed labor force, production cycle timing, etc. For this purpose, many studies involving environmental risk management have been conducted. To this aim, the present study has been carried out in pre-paint part No. 2 of IKCO (preparation process). In this regard, using FUZZY FMEA and VIKOR methods, the identified risks were assessed and reformative measures and solutions were classified, respectively. A total of 15 individuals considered HSE experts of IKCO were selected as a statistical sample size according to the Morgan table. Consequently, the high level risks were identified and appropriate solutions were suggested to reduce the environmental effects, and according to achieved scores, “torch adjustments based on compliance report” was selected as the compromise solution.IKCO should consider torch adjustment based on compliance report actions as its first priority.

Objectives
The COVID-19 outbreak has considerably affected various aspects of our lives and different groups of society. In this regard, healthcare staff is more affected by the pressure of heavy workloads and daily exposure to suspected COVID-19 cases. This study aimed to investigate depression and anxiety as two basic factors of mental health among healthcare workers and the role of self-compassion and cognitive flexibility during the pandemic.
MethodsA multi-center cross-sectional study was conducted. Healthcare workers were the target group, and the samples were collected through the online groups from healthcare staff of coronavirus hospitalized centers in Tehran. A convenience sampling method was used in this study. The general anxiety disorder-7 scale, patient health questionnaire, cognitive flexibility inventory, and self-compassion short-form scale were used online for data collection. Totally 551 respondents were entered into the analysis process of the current study.
ResultsA total of 437 respondents (79.3%) had mild to severe anxiety symptoms, and 447(81.1%) had mild to severe depressive symptoms. Cognitive flexibility had a significant negative relationship with anxiety and depression (r=-0.40, r=-0.37, respectively, P<0.001). Similarly, the relationship between self-compassion and anxiety and depression was significantly negative (r=-0.48, r=-0. 47, respectively, P<0.001).
DiscussionThis study demonstrates the positive effects of cognitive flexibility and self-compassion on healthcare staff during COVID-19.

Human resources as the most important factor in the production and service have always been threatened by several factors. Among them, work-induced accidents are of the most important. Safety risk management plays an important role in reduction of their effectiveness. The purpose of this study is assessment and management of safety risk in automaker industries. This present study was carried out in pre-paint hall of Iran-Khodro Company (surface preparation process). In this regard, FUZZY FMEA method and VIKOR technique were applied to assess the potential detected failure modes and to prioritize corrective actions, as well as representation of appropriate solutions, respectively. Team of HSE experts included 15 persons were used for weighting and prioritizing corrective actions, criteria and scoring of risk factors. The result showed that 6 activities with the risk of “Electric shock”, “Collisions with objects and fire” and “Fire and Explosive” were identified in high level safety risks. Finally, some corrective actions likes “Using of insulation equipment, gloves and flooring”, “General safety training”, “Periodic visit of fire alarm” were used for management of the risks.
