    Introduction

Post-traumatic Pseudoaneurysm (PTP) is a rare condition. Because of its clinical course and presentation like a tumor lesion, its early diagnosis and appropriate treatment is necessary.

    Case Presentation

In this study, we present a case of PTP in the left peroneal artery two years after trauma that presented with calf mass.
Conclousion:  Magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance angiography were used for the diagnosis, and the patient was successfully managed with endovascular stenting.

    Background

Trigger wrist is a relatively rare hand disorder that refers to the painful snapping and clicking or triggering at the wrist level during finger or wrist movements.

    Objectives

In this study, we aimed at reporting a series of trigger wrist and discussing their etiology, as well as their clinical manifestation and outcomes.

    Methods

In this retrospective study, the patients with the definitive diagnosis of trigger wrist were reviewed. Their demographics and clinical symptoms were extracted from their medical records. The symptoms of median neuropathy, including weakness or atrophy of the thenar muscles, ‎persistent numbness, and paresthesia were recorded to investigate the association with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS).

    Results

A total of seven patients with the mean±SD age of 35.5±10.3 years were included in the study. A benign mass was the etiology of trigger wrist in all cases, with giant cell tumor of flexor tendon sheet as the most common etiology (57.1%). Trigger wrist was associated with CTS in three cases (42.8%), in all of whom the tumor size was larger than the average. Pain and snapping with or without palpable mass were the main clinical symptoms of the patients that completely disappeared by surgical removal of the lesion. A mean 40.3 months follow-up of the patients was uneventful.

    Conclusion

Benign neoplasms could be considered as the most common etiology of trigger wrist. Since many patients with trigger wrist might have CTS, too, the careful differentiation of these entities is necessary. Once accurately diagnosed, surgical intervention is entirely curative.

    Objective
Febrile seizure (FS) occurs between 6 months and 6 years of age. Febrile seizure is a common disease in pediatrics. Some patients are retarded with recurrent febrile seizure. For example Drawet syndrome was started with febrile seizure and progress into the intractable seizure and finally are retarded.
    Material and Methods
This article is the clinical trial study. Population in this study are 86 children whit febrile seizure refer to pediatrics’ medical central. This study was carried out in 2013. In this study evaluated patients with febrile seizure’s criteria and included in the population. Children statistics with febrile seizure refer to pediatrics’ medical center registered and compared with other statistics. Data enter the SPSS program 18 version (SPSS Inc, Chicago, USA) and used analysis statistical tests and also T-test, Chi Square tests. Finally evaluated total parameters by MIN+SD and reported significant difference (P-value<0.05). Numbers of patients determined according to previous study.
    Results
In this study 46 patients with complex febrile seizure and early initiation of treatment were not retarded and haven’t any complications.
    Conclusion
Early initiation of treatment in the patient whit febrile seizure very important to prophylaxis of developmental delay and developmental regression.

    Background
Antipsychotic monotherapy or polypharmacy (concurrent use of two or more antipsychotics) are used for treating patients with psychiatric disorders (PDs). Usually, antipsychotic monotherapy has a lower cost than polypharmacy. This study aimed to predict the cost of antipsychotic medications (AM) of psychiatric patients in Iran.
    Materials And Methods
For this purpose, 790 patients with PDs who were discharged between June and September 2010 were selected from Razi Psychiatric Hospital, Tehran, Iran. For cost prediction of AM of PD, neural network (NN) and multiple linear regression (MLR) models were used. Analysis of data was performed with R 2.15.1 software.
    Results
Mean ± standard deviation (SD) of the duration of hospitalization (days) in patients who were on monotherapy and polypharmacy was 31.19 ± 15.55 and 36.69 ± 15.93, respectively (P < 0.001). Mean and median costs of medication for monotherapy (n = 507) were $8.25 and $6.23 and for polypharmacy (n =192) were $13.30 and $9.48, respectively (P = 0.001). The important variables for cost prediction of AM were duration of hospitalization, type of treatment, and type of psychiatric ward in the MLR model, and duration of hospitalization, type of diagnosed disorder, type of treatment, age, Chlorpromazine dosage, and duration of disorder in the NN model.
    Conclusion
Our findings showed that the artificial NN (ANN) model can be used as a flexible model for cost prediction of AM.

Arthrogriposis is a disorder in which two or more joints in more than one limb of body, place in a stable position and malformation status that usually is the result of joint's immobilization during fetal period. Problems resulting from this congenital deficit can occur in difference places, in upper and lower limbs, trunk, and even in face. It occurs in 3 of 1000 births, in two-third of these patients, all four limbs suffer and one-third of patients suffer in lower limbs and it rarely occurs in upper limbs. In this case affected children and their parents try different treatment such as surgical and non-surgical treatments which are of argument and controversial even among specialists of these treatments. In this paper, a 3-year old boy has been introduced who suffers from congenital deficit with developmental disorder in upper extremity bones and the absence of flexor muscles group and extensor of wrist. The boy was sent to Bahar Rehabilitation Center for occupational therapy and rehabilitation services by physician of rehabilitation clinic in Tehran.
