    هم افزایی گردشگری و فضاهای مجازی مانند شبکه های اجتماعی، به یک فراجریان تبدیل شده است؛ تا جایی که به میزان غیرقابل باوری این دو به هم وابسته اند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رفتار وفاداری الکترونیکی گردشگران در این فراجریان و عوامل موثر بر آن است. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش، گردشگران کاربر در سایت های شبکه ی اجتماعی هستند. نمونه ی آماری 1599 نفر تعیین گردید. از پرسشنامه ی الکترونیکی برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد. داده ها از طریق بسته های نرم افزاری SPSS25 و Lisrel8.5 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج حاکی از تایید تاثیر محیط خدمات الکترونیکی بر اعتماد، رضایت، تعهد و وفاداری الکترونیکی است. همچنین اعتماد الکترونیکی بر رضایت و وفاداری الکترونیکی تاثیرگذار بوده است. به علاوه رضایت الکترونیکی بر تعهد و وفاداری الکترونیکی تاثیر داشته است. مبتنی بر یافته ها، می توان پیشنهاد کرد که شبکه های اجتماعی توجه بیشتری به عناصر محیط خدمات الکترونیکی مانند جذابیت دیداری، ارزش سرگرم کنندگی، قابلیت استفاده، سفارشی-سازی/شخصی سازی و تعاملات داشته باشند. همچنین، پیشنهادهای کاربردی دیگری ارایه گردید.

    The synergy between tourism and social networks has become a megatrend; To the extent that the two are unbelievably interdependent. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the behavior of e-loyalty of tourists in this megatrend and its influencing factors. The statistical population of the study is the user tourists on social networking sites (SNSs). The statistical sample was 1599 persons. An electronic questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using SPSS25 and Lisrel8.5 software packages. The finding confirms the impact of the e-servicescape on e-trust, e-satisfaction, e-commitment, and e-loyalty. E-trust has also influenced e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. In addition, e-satisfaction has influenced e-commitment and e-loyalty. Based on the findings, it can be suggested that SNSs’ managers pay more attention to elements of the e-servicescape such as visual appeal, value for fun, usability, customization/personalization, and interactions.     Cities have plentiful of tourism attraction and they always attract many tourists. Therefore, sustainable urban tourism development and its wise management require planning. In this research, the most important goal is to assess and enhance Chalus tourism carrying capacity toward sustainable development of urban tourism. This survey is a developing kind and its method is quantitative and analytical. In this survey, Chalus city has been selected not only because of having many attractions and its importance in national and international levels but also because of its multiple roles. The time domain has been 2016. The results show that caring capacity and tourism quality of the city is much more than what is now although, tourism facilities and infrastructure of the destination is still in the progress and negative socio - cultural effects of the destination is gradually perceived by the tourists and number of tourists is more than capacity. Totally, it can be concluded that Due to the volume of tourists being more than physical capacity of tourism in this destination, local community have felt negative sense of tourism impact on cultural and social dimensions. On the other hand, the quality of the tourism experience in Chalus is declining and only natural attractions of this city is attracting tourists to the destination and proper facilities tourism could not have played appropriate role in this regard.

    This paper aims to study host attitude to economic, social-cultural and environmental-physical impacts of second homes tourism in Javaherdeh mountain village in the city of Ramsar. Method of this study was Descriptive-survey. Population of the study was host attitude in Javaherdeh mountain village in the city of Ramsar on the number of 2987 households. Sample size through Morgan sampling table was calculated 340 households that head of households were randomly studied. Data investigated by exploratory factor analysis and Hypotheses were tested through T-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis by using of SPSS 22. Findings indicate that the villagers have positive attitude towards economic and socialcultural consequences of the construction of second home and have negative attitude towards its cultural and environmental impacts. Also between women and men, there are significant differences in terms of assessing the social and economic consequences. The main limitation of this study is the lack of access to some households in during distribution of the questionnaires, which led to an increase in return to the villages, spending a long time and increase the cost of research for the researchers. Host attitude is positive to economic and social- cultural impacts of second home tourism on rural development, thus for developmental planning must be considered to the above factors. Several studies have been done on this issue in Iran. In this study, we tried all the effects investigate with comprehensive and systematic approach that is the same geographically attitude.
