The aforementioned generalization has been justified by categorizing the verses of the Holy Qur'an into four categories: the verses in which the words tatfif and bakhs have been cleary used, Verses carrying measurement rules, the verses denoting fair and righteousness and general and inclusive verses. The results of the research indicate that, in terms of vocabulary, there is no specific difference to unfair selling and unfair service can also be included under the aforementioned headings.
