There is consistency between science and the Qur’an as long as we found it throughout the ages, and through this agreement between them, the Qur’an proves its miraculousness to all mankind, and its miraculous aspects are scientific and linguistic, and this is evident in the sounds mentioned in the Qur’an, and as science has shown us that sounds have energies and waves And vibrations that cause trembling, and they also have a power that the Qur’an did not ignore, and it mentioned in many places precise divisions that draw attention to them, we seek in this article to apply between science and language and to study the scientific topics that Dr. His book “The Qur’an is Knowledge and Explanation” and its application with the language according to the opinions of linguists about these names, and we tried to make an explanation about the sound in general, and the sound in humans and their speech and hearing apparatus, because the intensity of sounds in humans is linked by auditory consistency and how these sounds pass through Through it. The Noble Qur’an has mentioned vocabulary such as focus, whispering, imploring, shouting, shiver, and shrieking, and each of them has its own energy, ability, and level.

The comparison and study of concepts and common terminology in philosophy and physics, and finding common ground as well as the conflict of concepts and definitions which philosophers and physicists have raised about the common issues, makes us familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of theories and views. The present paper applying the document searching method, has investigated the relation of mass and energy by explaining, comparing and analysis of Motahari’s views as a philosopher and Einstein’s views as a physicist. The result is that the Motahari’s three perspectives on the relationship between mass and energy, do not contradict with some views of mass-energy equivalence relation which is Einstein's theory of special relativity but some are contradicted and are in conflict.

One of the variables which challenges the position of the states and makes them pay attention to the structure of the international system in the foreign policy decision making is the situation imposed on them by the international political economy. Therefore, the theoreticians of the political economy and International Relations, regarding the current trends in the International system, have named the 21st century, the century of Geo-economics. That is because of the fact that they believe one of the most important global challenges in this century is the competition for energy resources; moreover, the problem of energy security is among the most important issues of the political economy paradigm in this century. In this regard, International relations theorists, including Functionalists and Regionalists, suggest that the development of the economic cooperations is among the appropriate methods of creating convergence in the international relations, as well as creating peace and stability, especially among the countries in one region. Concerning this fact, the development of the strategic Cooperations between Iran and the countries of the Indian Subcontinent in the field of energy can be evaluated as a strategic move and positive step towards the provision of national interests and national security of the nations involved although it seems that such an idea will encounter serious restrictions. Investigation of this issue and different problems regarding the gas export of Iran including the Peace-Pipeline is the main purpose of the present research.
