    این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش درس اخلاق حرفه ای معلم بر جهت گیری مذهبی و تنیدگی تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان کرمان انجام شد. روش تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان کرمان در نیمسال اول تحصیلی 1400-1401 بود. 50 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (25 نفر) و کنترل (25 نفر) به طور تصادفی تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش اخلاق حرفه ای معلم در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه جهت گیری مذهبی ثناگویی زاده و جان بزرگی(1390) و تنیدگی تحصیلی سان، دون، هو و ژو (2011) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها با روش آمار توصیفی، تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره و چندمتغیره و با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش اخلاق حرفه ای معلم به طور معنی‏داری موجب افزایش جهت گیری پایبندی مذهبی، کاهش جهت گیری ناپایبندی مذهبی و دوسوگرایی و کاهش تنیدگی تحصیلی دانشجویان شد (001/0> P). میزان این تاثیر براساس مقدار اندازه اثر بر جهت گیری پایبندی مذهبی 53/0، ناپایبندی مذهبی 47/0، دوسوگرایی 36/0 و تنیدگی تحصیلی 32/0 بود. بر این اساس می‏توان پیشنهاد کرد که از این آموزش و راهکارهای موجود در جلسات آموزش اخلاق حرفه ای نظیر مسئولیت پذیری، تعهد حرفه ای و شغلی، مقابله با استرسورهای تحصیلی و سازگار شدن با محیط شغلی و تحصیلی در جهت افزایش جهت گیری مذهبی و کاهش تنیدگی تحصیلی دانشجومعلمان استفاده شود.

    The Iranian teacher training system emphasizes the need to include the teacher ethics course in the teacher training curriculum and one of the common courses in all disciplines of Farhangian University is the teacher ethics course with emphasis on Islamic rights and duties. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching professional ethics on the religious orientation and academic stress of student at Kerman Farhangian University. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design of the control group. The study population included all students of Kerman Farhangian University in the first semester of 2022. 50 people were selected as the sample by available sampling method and were divided into experimental (n= 25) and control (n= 25) groups accidentally. The experimental group underwent teacher professional ethics training in 8 sessions of 90 minutes and the control group did not receive any intervention. Data collection tools were the religious orientation questionnaire of Sanagouizadeh and Jan Bozorgi (2011) and the academic stress of Sun, Don, Hu and Zhou (2011). Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistics, univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS-22 software. The results showed that teacher professional ethics training significantly increased the orientation of religious adherence, decreased the orientation of religious instability and ambivalence and reduced the academic stress of students (P <0.001).     Introduction

    Islamic banking is a type of banking or banking activity that is consistent with the rules of Islam and naturally emphasizes moral issues. The purpose of this study is to examine the ideals of professional ethics in Islamic banking in Iran.

    Material & Methods

    According to the purpose of the present research, it is an applied research type and according to the method of data collection, it is a non-experimental research type of correlation research and structural equation modeling. The statistical population included the managers of the Agricultural Bank, who were selected by a complete sampling of 430 people. The instrument was a questionnaire. Finally, the data were analyzed by structural equation method.  

    Results

    The results show that there is a significant and positive relationship between the two dimensions of organizational structure and the ideas of professional ethics, as well as between the legal, public, free and royal thinking styles of managers and the ideas of professional ethics. While there is a significant and negative relationship between conservative thinking style and ideals of professional ethics.

    Conclusion

    The presence of moral values in the banking industry means the elimination of all criminal operations including fraud, bribery and corruption, and it is undoubtedly influenced by the thinking styles of employees and managers and organizational variables.

    Introduction

    Professional ethics among teachers is considered very important, and therefore the purpose of this research is to present the model of professional ethics of physical education teachers in Iran.

    Material & Methods

    In terms of purpose, the research is applied, and in terms of research method, it is descriptive-survey and cross-sectional. The statistical population of the research included all the professors, managers of the physical education department of the provinces, educational assistants of the departments and physical education teachers of the schools in the academic year 2022-2023, of which 483 people were selected based on the Cochran formula with the proportional sampling method. The required information was collected using a questionnaire. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one-sample t-test, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and SPSS and LISREL software were used for data analysis.

    Results

    The findings of the research show that the components proposed in the research model are effective in explaining professional ethics in physical education teachers and the presented model has a suitable fit.

    Conclusion

    The final model of professional ethics among physical education teachers consists of eight components: social responsibility, belonging to the scientific community, self-efficacy, scientific responsibility, respect for fairness and justice, legal ethics, environmental superiority and competitiveness, adherence to values and norms of the higher education system.

    Background

    Today, ethics is recognized as one of the most important variables in the success of organizations and the rule of professional ethics is able to significantly help the organization to reduce tensions and achieve goals, and therefore having professional ethics in organizations as a There is a competitive advantage. On the other hand, the role of ethics in actions and behaviors, in decisions and choices, and in attitudes and communications is important and decisive. If moral values ​​are not internalized in a society and its organizations, neither the law nor the efforts and measures of the government nor any other tools and mechanisms will function. The purpose of this study was to review international scientific productions in the field of professional ethics of managers.

    Method

    This study follows the interpretive paradigm and was conducted by systematic review method. Using the search terms defined in the web of science database in the title of the articles and in the period from 1955 to 2022, the published researches in the field of professional ethics of the managers were examined and the articles that meet the entry and exit criteria were selected and the case information The need to achieve the objectives of the research was extracted and scientifically researched using VOSviewer software version 1.6.11, which is software in the field of scientometrics.

    Conclusion

    The most research on professional ethics of managers is related to 2019, and the United States, United Kingdom and Australia have the highest number of researches, respectively, and Iranian writers have the least contact with other countries.

    در نظام های حقوق کیفری، برای حرفه بازجو چهارچوب اخلاقی مقرر شده است. این پژوهش به بررسی تطبیقی اخلاق بازجو در حقوق ایران با مطالعه مبانی فقهی و اخلاقی پرداخته؛ و یک تحقیق کیفی با رویکرد تطبیقی است که از حیث اهداف کاربردی و از حیث ابزار تحقیق اسنادی و کتابخانه ای است. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده شامل تجزیه و تحلیل قوانین کیفری ایران و منابع فقهی است. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق در حقوق ایران، بازجو مانند بسیاری از مشاغل و حرفه ها دارای قوانین اخلاقی است؛ در صورت تخلف از قوانین اخلاقی علاوه بر نقض دادرسی عادلانه و عدم احترام به کرامت انسانی، سبب عذاب وجدان بازجو می شود و دارای ضمانت اجرای مادی و اجتماعی است. برآیند اخلاق بازجو، دادرسی عادلانه و رعایت کرامت انسانی متهم است. عدم رعایت ارزش های اخلاقی برای بازجو مجازات اخروی و در حقوق ایران گاهی کیفر و در مواردی جبران خسارات به متهم به همراه دارد.

    There is an ethical framework for the profession of an investigator in criminal justice systems. Present adaptation has focused on the comparative investigation of interrogator's ethics in Iranian law by studying jurisprudence and ethics foundations, and it is a qualitative research with a comparative approach, which is in terms of practical goals and in terms of documentary and library research tools.The collected information includes the analysis of Iranian criminal laws and jurisprudence sources.According to the research findings in Iranian law, the interrogator, like many jobs and professions, has ethical rules; In case of violation of moral laws, in addition to violation of fair proceedings and lack of respect for human dignity, it causes torment of the interrogator's conscience and has a guarantee of material and social enforcement. The result of the interrogator's ethics is a fair trial and respecting the human dignity of the accused. Non-observance of moral values for the interrogator leads to otherworldly punishment, and in Iranian law, sometimes punishment and in some cases compensation to the accused.

    امروزه برای ارضای حس درونی زیباخواهی، زیباشدن و زیباجلوه کردن در ساختار و شکل بدن، روش های متفاوت و تغییرات گوناگونی پیشنهاد می شود. یکی از این روش ها جراحی زیبایی است که در شکل های مختلفی انجام می گیرد. بررسی اخلاقی این عمل که میان زنان و مردان رایج و دغدغه افراد زیادی شده است می تواند آنان را با هنجارها و ناهنجاری های مرتبط آشنا کند. مسیله این تحقیق آن است که کنشگر این عمل، پیش از انجام و بعد از آن چه ارزش هایی را رعایت کند تا به نیکویی ها آراسته و از زشتی ها و آسیب های اخلاقی آن صیانت شود. فرضیه نخست تحقیق این است که ارزشمندی این عمل از دیدگاه اخلاق اسلامی متوقف بر رعایت آموزه های شریعت و مبانی دینی است. فرضیه دوم آن است که پیش از اقدام به عمل جراحی زیبایی باید از قصد پاک و غیرتقلیدی و نیز تدبیر درست برخوردار باشد. فرضیه سوم این است که پس از اقدام به جراحی، از فخرفروشی و فریب کاری و غفلت از زیبایی های معنوی پرهیز کند. پژوهش حاضر با اطلاعات قرآنی و روایی و تحلیل های اخلاقی و فقهی مستند به آیات و روایات صورت گرفته است. هدف پژوهش، کاربست ارزش های اخلاقی مرتبط با جراحی زیبایی در این عمل است.

    Today, in order to satisfy the inner feeling of wanting to be beautiful and to become beautiful and look beautiful in the structure and shape of the body, different methods and various changes are suggested. One of these methods is cosmetic surgery, which is performed in different ways. Ethical examination of this practice, which has become common among men and women and has become the concern of many people, can familiarize them with related norms and anomalies. The question of this research is that what values should the actor observe before and after doing this act in order to adorn it with virtues and be protected from its ugliness and moral damage. The first hypothesis of the research is that the value of this practice from the point of view of Islamic ethics depends on the observance of Sharia teachings and religious principles. The second hypothesis is that before proceeding with cosmetic surgery, one must have a pure and non-imitation intention and also have the right plan. The third hypothesis is that after taking action, he should avoid boasting and deception, as well as neglecting spiritual beauties. Research is done with Quranic and narrative information and ethical and jurisprudential analysis based on verses and traditions. The purpose of the research is the application of ethical values related to cosmetic surgery in this practice.

    Introduction

    The purpose of this research is to design and explain the model of professional ethics relations and the level of implementation of the policies of the Natural Resources and Watershed Management Organization of the country (a case study of the General Directorate of Natural Resources and Watershed Management in the North of Kerman Province).

    Material and Methods

    In terms of the purpose of this research, it was developmental and applied, which was done in a mixed way. In the qualitative part of the society, there were university professors and experts in the field of human resources management, from among whom 30 people were selected by a judgment method. The tool was exploratory interviews and finally the data was analyzed with Delphi technique. In the quantitative part, the descriptive method was of the correlation type. The statistical population included all the managers and employees of the General Directorate of Natural Resources and Watershed Management of Kerman province and the sub-departments of the cities. The sample consisted of 358 people who were selected based on the available sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect the required data. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test and structural equation modeling) using SPSS23 and AMOS23 software.

    Results

    In the qualitative section, 70 sub-dimensions (indices) related to professional ethics were summarized in 5 factors and 79 sub-dimensions (indices) related to the implementation of the organization's policies were summarized in 4 factors. The analysis of the data in the quantitative part showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable of professional ethics and the level of implementation of the organization's policies. Extra-organizational and individual (extra-personal) on the implementation of the organization's policies is significant at the 5% level, and the positive path coefficients show that these structures have had an increasing (direct) effect on the implementation of the organization's policies.

    Conclusion

    Based on the present research, it was found that professional ethics has a significant effect on the level of implementation of the organization's policies.

    Background

    Social responsibility is one of the important components in professional ethics and as to the role of banks in economic system; social responsibility of banks includes strategic results for companies. Therefore, in the current research, effective factors and causes on social responsibility in business banks of Iran are studied.

    Methodology

    The current research was qualitative. The statistical society was two parts. The first part included marketing and financial experts of banks, professionals, managers and supervisors of districts and experts of governmental and nongovernmental business banks and the second part included bank stakeholders which among them, 18 persons were chosen as sample by snowball method and reaching to saturation. Data collection tool is deep interview. Finally, data were analyzed by method of content analysis and coding and using 2020 Max QDA software.

    Findings

    Based on the obtained results in relation with effective factors on social responsibility of banks by method of content analysis, 3 categories, 12 concepts and 45 secondary codes were identified.

    Conclusion

    As to the research findings, it is recommended to constitute special work groups to expand and develop social responsibility to investigate and impart favorable approaches.

    Background

    Transparency can sometimes become a challenging issue, but it is necessary to foster an ethical culture. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the model of information transparency in electronic auctions in the organization of collecting and selling property.

    Method

    The present study was among descriptive-correlation studies. The target community was the users of the organization's services, the auctioneers in the movable and immovable property sector, among whom 400 people were selected as a sample using available sampling, and after the drop of 351 people, they participated in the final analysis. The tool of analysis was a researcher-made questionnaire. Structural equation modeling method and Smart PLS software were used for data analysis.

    Results

    The results of the path coefficients showed that the model has a good fit and can be used as a basis for e-business activists and property collection and sale organizations.

    Conclusion

    Transparency is an important component of professional ethics and a characteristic of organizational culture, which is revealed through the behavior of leaders, employees and stakeholders of the organization, which is interrelated with the characteristics of the product and the perceived value, and leads to providing the interests of the stakeholders and participates

    Background

    Teachers are the most effective factor known in school and their job performance is one of the basic indicators of success and continuity of goals of educational organizations. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture and team work on job performance with emphasis on the mediating role of professional ethics among teachers.

    Method

    This research is correlation using descriptive methods for applied goals. Structural equation modeling was used for data collection. The statistical population of the study included all teachers working in schools in the city of Galehdar with 600 people. The sample size was 234 according to the statistical population and using stratified random sampling method and Morgan table. Data were collected by the questionnaires of organizational culture (Denison), teamwork (Lanchioni), job performance (Patterson) and professional ethics (Gregory & Petty). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling in SPSS 25 and LISREL 8.8 software.

    Results

    There is a positive and significant relationship between the variables organizational culture and job performance (β=.40), teamwork and job performance (β=1.04), organizational culture and professional ethics (β=.41), teamwork and professional ethics (β=.33) and job performance and professional ethics (β=.64). At the same time, through the mediation of professional ethics, the variables of organizational culture and teamwork can anticipate job performance.

    Conclusion

    This study showed that organizational culture, teamwork and professional ethics have an effective role on teachers 'job performance and in order to improve and improve teachers' job performance, these factors should also be considered.

    لباس روحانیت شیعه، در جامعه ما به تدریج شکلی متمایز و هویتی نمادین یافته است. پرسش از جایگاه و نقش این لباس در اخلاق کنشگری روحانیت، دغدغه اصلی این جستار است. بازشناسی هویت، کارکردها، هنجارها و مسایل اخلاقی تلبس، مبتنی بر روش تحلیلی-تاریخی نشان داد که انتساب نمادین و تاریخی آن به پیامبر اسلام9، مطلوبیت دینی این نوع تلبس و ماهیت نمادین آن (که دلالت بر نقش اجتماعی روحانیت و هویت ارتباطی این نقش دارد)، موجب شده این لباس، نه تنها لباسی دینی و مقدس تلقی شود، بلکه همان گونه که در فرهنگ عمومی کنشگران شیعی مشهور است، از جایگاه «لباس پیامبر» و «لباس پیام بری» و پیام رسانی دینی برخوردار شود. بازشناسی کارکردها و هنجارها و مسایل اخلاقی تلبس به لباس پیامبر و پیام بری از دیگر نتایج این جستار است.

    Background

    Employees have a set of stable attitudes towards their work environment and employees' job commitment increases the social capital of the organization. Therefore, the present study was formed with the aim of investigating the factors affecting employees' job commitment and presenting a model in this field.

    Method

    The present study is applied research that was conducted in a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) manner. In the qualitative part of the research, the foundation was formed by the data method. The statistical population included university professors in the field of human resource management and senior managers of government organizations, 12 of whom were selected using purposive snowball sampling as a sample. The interview tool was in-depth. Data were analyzed by triple coding method. In the quantitative part, the descriptive-correlation method was used. The statistical population included all senior and middle managers and postgraduate and doctoral staff of government organizations in Tehran. 240 people were selected as a statistical sample by random cluster sampling. The questionnaire was a closed Likert scale. Data were analyzed by structural equation method. Data were analyzed using SPSS and PLS software

    Results

    The findings of the qualitative section showed 95 open codes that were organized into 27 secondary codes and 14 concepts and the conceptual model of the research was formed. The findings of the quantitative section indicated that the research model of the thesis has a good fit.

    Conclusion

    Based on the research model, it was found that causal conditions such as job satisfaction and underlying conditions such as organizational climate affect the level of salary and job commitment by intervening and strategies such as proper management and employee support undoubtedly lead to attitude management. Job and increase the level of professional ethics in employees.

    اخلاق و رفتارحرفه ای برای حرفه حسابداری بسیار مهم است. بدون جلب اعتماد استفاده کنندگان، ارایه خدمات حسابداری بیهوده است. در مجموع، چنانچه در هر حرفه به اخلاق حرفه ای توجه شود، آن حرفه پیشرفت خواهد کرد، وگرنه به زودی نابود می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و بررسی معیارهای موثر بر اخلاق حرفه ای حسابدار صورت گرفته است. به این منظور، با رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و ابزار فراترکیب که شامل گام های هفت گانه است به ارزیابی و تحلیل نظام مند 79 مورد از یافته های پژوهش های پیشین پرداخته شد و با استفاده از روش آنتروپی شانون، بر اساس رویکرد تحلیل محتوا، ضریب اثر معیارهای شناسایی شده، تعیین شد. در نهایت، معیارهایی که بیشترین تاثیر را بر اخلاق حرفه ای حسابدار دارند، معلوم شدند. معیارهای شناسایی شده در این پژوهش، کاربردی هستند و اهمیت اخلاق حرفه ای حسابدار را نشان می دهند. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش به کاهش شکاف میان نظریات موجود در زمینه اخلاق حرفه ای در حسابداری و رعایت آیین رفتار حرفه ای در عمل، کمک شایانی می کند.

    Ethics and professional behavior are very important for accounting. Without the acceptance and trust of users, the provision of services by accountants is futile. In general, if there is a professional ethic in a profession, that profession will thrive, otherwise, we must wait for its destruction. Therefore, the present study has been conducted with the aim of identifying and examining the criteria affecting the professional ethics of accountants. For this purpose, with the qualitative research approach and meta-hybrid tools that include weekly steps, 79 of the findings of previous researches have been systematically evaluated and analyzed. Using the Shannon entropy method, the effect coefficient of the identified criteria has been determined based on the content analysis approach. Finally, the criteria that have the greatest impact on the professional ethics of the accountant were determined. The criteria identified in this study are practical and show the importance of the professional ethics of accountants. The results of this study help to reduce the gap between theories in the field of professional ethics in accounting and the practice of professional behavior in practice.

    پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل فلسفی اسناد تحولی آموزش وپرورش بر اساس مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای معلمان و دلالت های تربیتی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش از روش پژوهش تحلیل مفهومی و قیاس استنتاجی (الگوی بازسازی شده فرانکنا) استفاده شده است. بدین منظور، اخلاق حرفه ای معلم و شاخص های معتبر آن بر اساس هشت محور اصلی احصا گردید، محتوای اسناد تحولی آموزش وپرورش برای شناسایی گزاره های توصیفی و تجویزی مرتبط، بررسی و تحلیل شد و سپس، متناظر با آن، الگویی متشکل از اهداف، اصول و روش های اخلاق حرفه ای معلم به دست آمد. یافته های پژوهش بیانگر دلالت هایی در اهداف، اصول و روش های اخلاق حرفه ای معلم است. شماری از اهداف اخلاق حرفه ای معلم عبارت اند از: دستیابی به سعادت و کمال، پرورش مسئولیت پذیری، کسب شایستگی ها و زمینه سازی برای هدایت متربیان. بعضی از اصول عبارت اند از: احترام، تعهد، شایسته محوری و شکیبایی. از روش ها نیز می توان به اسوه سازی اخلاقی، باورسازی ایمانی، تعالی شیون وجودی و تدریج و مداومت اشاره کرد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که اسناد تحولی آموزش وپرورش بر محورهای اخلاق حرفه ای معلم منطبق است و باید برای آموزش اخلاق حرفه ای معلم به نومعلمان همت گماشت.

    The aim of this study was to philosophically analyze the evolutionary documents of education based on the components of teachers' professional ethics and educational implications. In this research, the research method of conceptual analysis and inferential analogy (Frankenna reconstructed model) has been used. For this purpose, based on 8 basic axes of teacher professional ethics and valid indicators have been calculated; The content of educational transformation documents has been examined and analyzed to identify related descriptive and prescriptive propositions, and then a corresponding pattern consisting of goals, principles and methods of teacher professional ethics has been inferred. The research findings indicate some implications for the goals, principles and methods of teacher ethics. Among the goals of a teacher's professional ethics are: achieving happiness and perfection, cultivating a sense of responsibility, gaining competencies, and laying the groundwork for guiding educators. Some of the principles are: the principle of respect, commitment, competence and patience. Among the methods, we can mention the method of moral modeling, belief in belief, transcendence of existential affairs, and gradualness and continuity. The results of the research show that the evolutionary documents of education are in accordance with the axes of teacher professional ethics and efforts should be made to teach new professional ethics to new teachers.

    Background

    Ethical principles applied in organizations can broaden individual and corporate priorities beyond profit and shareholder enrichment. Ethical factors may influence leaders to make sound decisions to protect the organization from unethical behavior. The present research seeks to investigate the effects of managers' professional ethics on decision-making strategies regarding the role of the capacity of information management systems capacity in the managers of Islamic Azad University, Mashhad Branch.

    Method

    The present study is a descriptive-comparative study. The population in this study is determined to be a group of managers of Islamic Azad University, Mashhad Branch concluding 111 individuals. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires of professional ethics, decision-making strategies, and information systems capacity. The sample size was obtained utilizing the Cochran's formula and the data collection was performed using simple stratified random sampling method. SPSS and Smart PLS were used to analyze the statistics and the structural equation modeling method was used to answer the research hypotheses.

    Results

    The results showed that managers’ professional ethics has an impact on decision-making strategies, but information systems capacity does not modify the influence of managers’ professional ethics on decision-making strategies.

    Conclusion

    Professional ethics affects decision-making strategies at Mashhad Islamic Azad University. Therefore, observance of ethical issues in the organization, especially in dealing with managers with employees is a need and respect should always be considered so that the employees feel more committed to their work and organization.

    تربیت بدنی و ورزش، بخش مهمی از برنامه آموزشی مدرسه و فرآیند تربیت و پرورش دانش آموزان را تشکیل می دهد و رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه ای از سوی معلمان ورزش، امری اساسی در کیفیت آموزش تلقی می گردد؛ لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل اخلاق حرفه ای دبیران تربیت بدنی است که با روش کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه مبنایی (با رهیافت ساخت‌گرایانه چارمز) انجام پذیرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل صاحب‌نظران حوزه اخلاق و ورزش است که برای گزینش مصاحبه‌شوندگان از نمونه گیری هدفمند مبتنی بر روش نظری استفاده شد. برای سنجش روایی ابزار از معیارهای اسکینر و همکاران و برای سنجش پایایی از پایایی بازآزمون بهره گرفته شد. فرآیند تحلیل داده ها نیز مبتنی بر سه مرحله کدگذاری اولیه یا باز، کدگذاری متمرکزشده و کدگذاری نظری انجام پذیرفت. در نهایت، مدل اخلاق حرفه ای دبیران تربیت‌بدنی در سه سطح شامل عوامل موثر بر اخلاق حرفه ای، سطوح اخلاق حرفه ای و پیامدهای آن شکل گرفت.

    Physical education and sports are an important part of the school curriculum and the process of educating students, and the observance of the principles of professional ethics by sports teachers is considered essential to the quality of education; Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a professional ethics model for physical education teachers, which was done with a qualitative method based on basic theory (with Charms constructivist approach. (The statistical population of the study included experts in the field of ethics and sports. To select the interviewees, purposeful sampling based on the theoretical method was used to select the sample. Skinner et al.'s criteria were used to assess the validity of the instrument and retest reliability was used to assess the reliability. The data analysis process was based on three stages of initial or open coding, centralized coding and theoretical coding. Finally, the professional ethics model of physical education teachers was formed at three levels, including the factors affecting professional ethics, levels of professional ethics and its consequences.

    Background

    Today, societies pay attention to ethics and moral values, emphasizing that moral values ​​should be preserved and kept alive in educational organizations. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to identify the ethical challenges of school principals in the Corona period.

    Methods

    The present study was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method. Its statistical population included educational management professors and school principals of West Azerbaijan Province. Sampling was done systematically through snowball technique and based on theoretical saturation criterion. Research data was collected by reviewing 21 articles related to the ethics of educational management or educational leadership in the COVID 19 period and then through semi-structured interviews (17 people) based on the model of qualitative interviews and its criteria, in an approximate time between 25 to 45 min, collected in person, electronically, and by telephone. Data were categorized using thematic analysis method in the form of basic, organized and comprehensive themes.

    Results

    The results showed that the ethical challenges of school principals in Corona period as a comprehensive theme included 98 basic themes. According to the classification of basic themes, 7 organizing themes, including professional ethics, social-communicative ethics, individual ethics, technical-educational ethics, spiritual ethics, behavioral ethics, and decision-making ethics were obtained.

    Conclusion

    The results showed that the closure of schools under COVID exacerbated 19 ethical problems in the education policies and practices, creating moral challenges in them. In this regard, principals are expected to use their knowledge and ethical skills to improve their scientific knowledge to address the problem of students at school during the Corona epidemic.

    Background

    As societies have become more complicated to manage, it is already unavoidable for governments to evaluate public policies. Moreover, adherence to professional ethics is an important criterion in evaluations. Therefore, the present research sought to provide a model for public policy evaluation based on the aspects of professional ethics.

    Method

    The approach of the present study was mixed (qualitative- quantitative) and in terms of purpose it was applicable research. In the qualitative section, participants included academic experts and governorate experts ‌ of Golestan province, 14 of whom were selected by purposive sampling. The research tool was semi-structured interviews and coding method was used to analyze the data. In the quantitative part, the statistical population was the managers and experts of the governorate and governorates (630 people) that the sample size was 248 people and the sampling method was random. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on qualitative findings. Friedman statistical test with Spss26 software was used to analyze the data. Cronbachchr('39')s alpha test was used for the validity of the questionnaire from the perspective of experts and its reliability (0.91).

    Results

    The results showed that from the expertschr('39') point of view, 6 main themes (quality of effective evaluators in policy, ethical nature of policy, how policy is implemented, factors related to economic planning, openness and accountability and attention to structural issues) and 19 components in public policy evaluation model emphasizing the quality of the dimensions of professional ethics in the governorates of the country. Quantitative results showed that the ethical nature of the policy was the most important component of the general policy evaluation model with emphasis on professional ethics (M = 5.23).

    Conclusion

    It can be concluded that the public policy evaluation model with an emphasis on professional ethics has different cultural, economic, social, and professional elements, which for better governance of provincial governments, they must be considered by executive authorities at the country’s macro and micro levels.

    یکی از مباحثی که همواره موردتوجه انسان بوده، مبحث اخلاق مداری در حرفه است که بر اساس تنوع ایدیولوژی و چیستی اخلاق در جوامع مختلف، دارای تشابهات و الگوهایی بوده است. امروزه در معماری ایران، علی‌رغم حضور الگوها، برای توسعه اخلاق حرفه ای و ترویج الگوهای شاخص، تلاش جدی انجام نگرفته است که از علل اساسی آن می توان به عدم کاوش دقیق در شیوه کار و منش حرفه ای بزرگان معماری سنتی، به ویژه استادکاران (که معدود منابع اصیل شفاهی به‌جای مانده محسوب می‌شوند)، اشاره کرد. با این وصف، در پژوهش حاضر، محقق در پی استخراج مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای از منظر استاد «بهرام الیکی»، از استادکاران معماری سنتی اصفهان، بوده است. این استادکار از نگاه دست اندرکاران معماری سنتی اصفهان از نظر کیفیت کار و اخلاق مداری، یکی از استادکاران و مرمت‌گران شاخص معماری اصفهان در دوره معاصر است. پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی و با بهره گیری از اسناد کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته در محل کارگاه های مرمتی استادکار انجام شده و پژوهشگر پس از انجام مصاحبه ها، به تحلیل محتوای کیفی آن‌ها پرداخته است. نتیجه این پژوهش، دستیابی به دو دسته مولفه بود : الف) مولفه های اخلاقی مرتبط با کار و ساخت بنا؛ ب) مولفه های اخلاقی مرتبط با تربیت شاگرد. توکل به خدا و نفی انسان مداری، تلقی عبادی از کار، اتقان در عمل و پشتکار (در دسته الف) و پایبندی به نظام استاد–شاگردی، صرف وقت برای شناسایی استعداد شاگردان، دافعه و جاذبه توامان در تربیت شاگردان و آموزش جامع اصول کار به شاگردان (در دسته ب)، از جمله مولفه های اخلاقی حرفه ای در معماری سنتی از منظر استادکار الیکی است.

    One of the subjects that has always been paid attention to by human beings is the topic of professional ethics that has had similarities and different patterns based on the ideology diversity and the definition of ethics in different societies. Nowadays in Iranian architecture, despite the presence of patterns for the development of professional ethics and the promotion of prominent patterns, no serious effort has been made; One of the main causes for this is the lack of accurate inquiry into the work style and the manner of working of the great traditional architects, in particular, masters as one of the most important oral resources. By this description, the researcher has sought to extract the components of professional ethics from the perspective of one of the Isfahan traditional architecture masters, Master Bahram Oleiki. For the Isfahan Traditional practitioners, in terms of quality of work and ethics, he has been one of the distinguished architects and restorers of Isfahan architecture in the contemporary era. The current study was conducted using qualitative method and purposive sampling, library documents and semi-structured interviews at Master Bahram Oleiki's workshops. After conducting the interviews, the researcher analyzed their qualitative content. The results of the present study have been classified into two sets: a) ethical indicators related to work and construction of the building and b) ethical indicators related to the training of the apprentice. Trust in God and the negation of human-based approach, believing that work is a worship, belief in action and perseverance in work (in the first set), and adherence to the master-student system, spending time identifying the apprentices’ talents, concomitant repulsion and attraction in training the pupils and comprehensive teaching of the working principles to them (in the second set), were some of the professional ethics components of traditional architecture from the perspective of Master Oleiki.

    Background

    The aim of this study was to predict self-efficacy based on professional ethics and development.

    Methodology

    The research was descriptive-correlational with structural equation modeling in terms of method, and applied in purpose. The population included all Isfahan Province Farhangian Universitychr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s student teachers in the academic year 2019-2020, 150 of whom were randomly selected according to the Morgan-Krejcie table (1990). The research instruments were Martin’s teacher self-efficacy (2003), Gregorychr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s professional ethics (1990), and the New Jersey Institute of Professional Standards for Teachers’ professional development (2014) questionnaires, whose reliability according to the Cronbach test was 0.86. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics were analyzed in Spss26 and the structural equations were analyzed in Amos24.

    Results

    Data analysis results showed a professional development and self-efficacy path coefficient of 0.54 and a professional ethics and self-efficacy path coefficient of 0.69 (P<0.05) About 0.76 of the criterion variablechr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s changes (self-efficacy) can be explained with the “professional development” and “professional ethics” independent variables.

    Conclusion

    Therefore, professional ethics and development have a significant correlation with physical education teachers’ self-efficacy, and their professional ethics and development should receive more attention.
