    Aim
    The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of the strength-based intervention on self-esteem and suicidal thoughts in women victims of domestic violence in Ardabil.
    Methods
    The current research was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest waiting list group design. The statistical population included all women injured by domestic violence who visited Hayat and Shafaq psychology clinic. In this study, 30 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided the participants into two groups: a family therapy counseling (n=15 people) and a control group (n=15 people). The experimental group was taught methods and techniques of strengths-based strategies for eight 90-minute sessions. The experimental and control groups were asked to fillout the pre-test and post-test questionnaires of the mental health and suicidal ideation scale. All statistical analysis was performed in SPSS version 26.
    Results
    Compared to the control group, the experimental group with the strength-based therapeutic intervention was able to more effectively increase self-esteem scores and reduce suicidal thoughts at P<0.001. . The results showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups regarding increasing self-esteem and reducing suicidal thoughts.
    Conclusion
    The results showed that using the strength approach increases the self-esteem of women injured by domestic violence and reduces their suicidal thoughts. Therefore, strength-based therapy is recommended for women affected by domestic violence to increase self-esteem and reduce suicidal thoughts.

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the fitness of the model of the effect strengths-based psychological climate on job well-being, positive affect, and life satisfaction, with the mediating role of strengths use. The statistical population of the study consists of the employees of one of the Ahvaz Oil Companies, among whom 120 were selected randomly through simple random sampling. Then, the participants were asked to complete the Strengths-based Psychological Climate (Van Woerkom & Meyers, 2015), Strengths Use (Govindji and Linley’s, 2007), Job Well-being (Parker & Hyett, 2011), Positive Affect (PANAS; Watson, Clark, & Tellegen, 1988) and Life Satisfaction Questionnaires (Diener, Emmons, Larson, & Griffin, 1985). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the research model. Also, to investigate the significance of the indirect effects of the research model, the bootstrapping method was used. The direct effects of the model showed the significant effect of strengths-based psychological climate on the strengths use. It was also shown that the effect of strengths use was significant on Job well-being, positive affect, and life satisfaction. Finally, the results showed that all of the indirect effects of the model were significant and the strengths-based psychological climate had a significant effect on the Job well-being, positive affect, and life satisfaction with mediating role of strengths use. Therefore, the proposed model had good fitness. The results of this research suggest that strengths-based psychological climate can have a significant impact on personal and organizational outcomes.

    هدف این پژوهش، بررسی برازش الگویی از نقش جو روانشناختی مبتنی بر توانمندی ها با رفتارهای شغلی مولد با میانجی گری استفاده از توانمندی ها و رسالت شغلی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کارکنان یکی از شرکت های نفتی اهواز بودند که از میان آنها 120 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان این پژوهش، پرسشنامه های جو روانشناختی مبتنی بر توانمندی ها، استفاده از توانمندی ها، رسالت شغلی، عملکرد شغلی، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و عملکرد انطباقی را تکمیل کردند. برای آزمودن مدل پژوهش، از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. همچنین، برای بررسی معنی داری اثرات غیرمستقیم مدل پژوهش، روش بوت - استراپ به کار گرفته شد. نتایج تحلیل ها نشان دادند الگوی پیشنهادی، برازش مناسبی دارند. همچنین، بررسی اثرات مستقیم مدل نشان داد اثر جو روانشناختی مبتنی بر توانمندی ها بر استفاده از توانمندی ها و رسالت شغلی، معنی دار و بر عملکرد شغلی، عملکرد انطباقی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معنی دار نیست. اثر استفاده از توانمندی ها بر عملکرد شغلی، عملکرد انطباقی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معنی دار است. اثر رسالت شغلی بر عملکرد انطباقی و رفتار شهروندی معنی دار است؛ اما بر عملکرد شغلی معنی دار نیست. درنهایت، نتایج نشان دادند تمامی اثرات غیرمستقیم مدل معنی دارند و جو روانشناختی مبتنی بر توانمندی ها با میانجی گری رسالت شغلی و استفاده از توانمندی ها بر رفتارهای شغلی مولد تاثیر معنی داری دارد. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که جو روانشناختی مبتنی بر توانمندی ها تاثیر بسزایی بر پیامدهای سازمانی دارد.

Then, the participants were asked to complete the Strengths-based Psychological Climate, Strengths Use, Calling at Work, Job Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Adaptive Performance Questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the research model. Also, to investigate the significance of the research model's indirect effects, the bootstrapping method was used. The results of the analysis showed that the proposed model had good fitness. Also, the model's direct effects showed the significant effect of strengths-based psychological climate on the strengths use and calling at work and no significant effect on job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, and adaptive performance. It was also shown that the effect of strengths use was significant on job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, and adaptive performance, and the effect of calling at work was significant on adaptive performance and organizational citizenship behavior, but not significant on job performance. Finally, the results showed that all of the model's indirect effects were significant. The strengths-based psychological climate had a significant effect on productive work behaviors with mediating the role of strengths use and calling at work. The results of this research suggest that a strengths-based psychological climate can have a significant impact on organizational outcomes.
