    Objective

    Workforce diversity is an essential phenomenon in organizations. Statistics indicate a growing diversity among the workforce in Iran, particularly in terms of ethnic diversity. This study aims to examine work diversity through systematic review with an emphasis on Iranian Organizations.

    Methodology

    This study employs the PRISMA method to review articles published on the management of diversity in organizations. Of the 140 identified Iranian and international articles, 59 relevant articles were selected. Most articles focus on gender diversity, and other causes of diversity, especially ethnic diversity, have received limited critical studies. Additionally, only a few articles address diversity management and its strategies in organizations, which represents a research gap.

    Findings

    The research findings explored workforce diversity in four categories: the importance of diversity management; diversity management and communication; diversity management and organizational justice; diversity management and workforce productivity.

    Conclusion

    The literature review demonstrated that workforce diversity is considered inevitable not only due to its positive organizational outcomes but also because of legal and ethical requirements in our contemporary world. Furthermore, it can be argued that the performance of diversity management at the organizational level has been overlooked. Notably, most researchers in the United States and Western European countries adopt quantitative approaches, highlighting the significance of qualitative approaches.

    Objective

    The purpose of this research is to design and validate a human resource diversity management model in public organizations in Razavi Khorasan Province.

    Methodology

    The present study was conducted with a mixed-methods (qualitative-quantitative) approach. The qualitative population consisted of managers of public organizations in Razavi Khorasan, among whom 12 were selected using theoretical sampling and snowball sampling techniques, and interviews were conducted. In the quantitative part, the population included all managers of public agencies in Razavi Khorasan Province in 2021, numbering 8,936, from which a sample size of 368 was determined using stratified random sampling and Cochran's formula. Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews for the qualitative part and questionnaires for the quantitative part. For data analysis in the qualitative part, MAXQDA software was used, where categories, components were coded through open, axial, and selective coding leading to the theorizing stage.

    Findings

    Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data obtained in the quantitative part. In the qualitative section, axial coding or 6Cs were explained, detailing the causal conditions, core category, strategy, consequences, context, and intervening conditions. In the quantitative section, the research results showed that the proposed model has an appropriate fit.

    Conclusion

    Until attention is paid to the diversity of employees, their differences, capacities, and knowledge variations, one cannot expect the necessary productivity and efficiency from employees.

    در پژوهش حاضر رابطه بین مدیریت تنوع و کیفیت کار تیمی در میان تیم های کاری شرکت ساپکو مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. واحد تحلیل در تحقیق حاضر 5 تیم کاری (مدیریت، بهینه کاوی، دانش، رهبری و صندوق) بودند که به صورت سرشماری (20 نفر) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. به منظور گردآوری داده ها، از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد شدهمدیریت تنوع و کیفیت کار تیمی استفاده گردید، که پایایی(مدیریت تنوع: 89/0، کیفیت کار تیمی 84 /0) و روایی آن ها نیز مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در پایان، داده های به دست آمده با روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از ارتباط مثبت و معنی دار مدیریت تنوع و کیفیت کار تیمی در سطح 01/0 می باشد. در این تحقیق کیفیت کار تیمی و ابعاد آن و متغیر های جنسیت، تخصص مختلف، تحصیلات متفاوت، سنین مختلف و سابقه کار متفاوت وارد مدل رگرسیون شدند. نتایج بررسی نشان داد که از میان متغیرهای موجود، متغیرهای تخصص های مختلف و سطح تحصیلات متفاوت به عنوان مهمترین پیش بینی کننده های کیفیت کار تیمی در میان اعضای تیم های کاری هستند و بیشترین درصد تغییرات (واریانس) کیفیت کار تیمی را به خود اختصاص داده اند.

    In the present study the relationship between diversity management and quality of teamwork among team work Sapco was studied. Research method was descriptive and correlation design. Unit of Analysis in the study was 5teams (management, benchmark, knowledge, leadership and Fund)which (20 people)through census sampling were examined. In order to collect information, diversity management and teamwork quality of two standardized questionnaires was used. The validity and reliability of them(diversity management: 89/0, teamwork quality 84/0)was approved. The data obtained with Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were analyzed. Results showed positive and significant relationship between diversity management and teamwork quality. In this study, team work quality as the independent variable and the variables of sex, different specialties, different studies, different age, and different career, as the dependent variable entered the regression model. the results showed among the variables, variables different specialties and education level were as one of the most predictors of teamwork quality among members team sand the largest percentage changes is dedicated to team work quality.
