Genetic engineering and biotechnology knowledge are known as the biggest source of technology in the recent century and it is a green revolution against poverty and starvation. Although the production of transgenic crops has been increased significantly and many products are already in the market, there are still some concerns about the potential health risk associated with their use. For biosafety assessment of GM crops, various considerations have been applied by related world organization which has contributed to these crops confirmation and their safety. In this review article we discuss the considerations that have been published about gene biochemical interaction in transgenic organisms. Recent numerous scientific discoveries about the effects of junk DNA, hybrid mRNA, SNP and epigenetic have created a new gene network modeling. This model explains that in GM organism's genes operate in a highly contextual way, engaging in intricate biochemical cross- talk which may lead to changing genes activity. Food organizations evaluation of genes interaction in new gene network is mainly important in order to apply these new findings to confirm the safety of transgenic crops.
