An effective one-pot synthesis of dihydropyrimidinonoes in solvent free conditions using CuCl2 as an inexpensive and readily available reagent through Biginelli condensation reaction of aldehyde derivatives, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and urea is described. نشریه شیمی کاربردی روز، پیاپی 46 (بهار 1397)، صص 345 -354سنتز چندجزیی ترکیب های 3،4-دی هیدروپیریمیدین- 2-(1H) اون/تیون ها تحت شرایط حرارتی و بدون حلال ودر حضور کاتالیزگر کارآمد مگلومین در استیک اسید گزارش شده است. روش ارایه شده به راحتی قابل انجام بوده و در عین حال، زیست سازگار و ساده می باشد. در دسترس بودن و ارزان بودن سیستم کاتالیزگر دوتایی مگلومین/استیک اسید، جداسازی ساده محصول های واکنش، شرایط بدون حلال، کوتاه بودن زمان واکنش در مقایسه با زمان های گزارش شده به همراه بازده های بالای محصولات ازمهم ترین مزیت های روش مذکور می باشد. محصولات واکنش با استفاده از تعیین نقطه ذوب، طیف بینی تبدیل فوریه زیر قرمز (FTIR)، تشدید مغناطیسی هسته هیدروژن و کربن (1HNMR، 13CNMR) مورد شناشایی قرار گرقتند.کلید واژگان: مگلومین, استیک اسید, سنتز سبز, واکنش چندجزیی, شرایط بدون حلال, 3, 4, دی هیدروپیریمیدینون هاThe multicomponent synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones/thiones under thermal and solvent free conditions in the presence of a meglumine as efficient catalyst in acetic acid is reported. Presented method is operationally simple and environmentally benign. Availability and low cost dual catalyst system of meglumine/acetic acid, solvent free condition, simple separation of the reaction products, the short reaction time in compared with the time of other reported results (in Biginelli compounds synthesis), together with high yield of products, are the main advantages of mentioned method. In this paper, 4,4ʹ-bipyridinium dichloride supported SBA-15 (SBA@BiPy2+ 2Cl-) was used for the synthesis of dihydropyrimidinones. The synthesized catalyst was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). This nanocomposite was shown to be an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of dihydropyrimidinones derivatives via one-pot multicomponent method under solvent-free conditions. In addition, the catalyst can be recycled several times with no significant loss of catalytic activity.

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) have been functionalized with -SO3H groups using new three steps chemical routes. Firstly, OH groups have been attached to CNT surfaces through a radical reaction. The second step involves converting the hydroxyl groups into the oxide one and last step included the attachment of –SO3H groups on the MWCNTs surfaces in the presence of 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate [bmim]BF4 ionic liquid as catalyst. Functionalized MWCNTs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman Spectroscopy. Obtained product have be used as acidic nano catalyst in the Biginelli reaction for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one derivatives. In this study, an efficient and green process for the synthesis of dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones from aromatic benzaldehydes, ethyl acetoacetate and urea using Al-MCM-41 as heterogeneous catalyst and microreactor under solvent-free conditions has been developed. An efficient synthesis route to 1,4-dihydropyrimidine derivatives from reaction of divergent aldehydes with ethylacetoacetate and urea under solvent-free conditions by ZnO nanoparticles as a relative in expansive, eco-friendly, easy available, non-volatile, non-explosion, thermally robust, recyclable and easy to handle catalyst at 90°C with excellent yields is described.
