    Cash transfer from the central treasury to the bank branches and automated teller machines (ATMs) all over the city is one of the vital processes in a banking system. There are multiple factors (e.g., location of the treasury, transportation fleet, geographic distribution of the branches and ATMs, the demand for cash, customer satisfaction, and traffic that influence the efficiency of the cash transfer). Moreover, environmental issues, and in particular the issue of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are given weight. In this paper, a new mathematical model for a location-routing problem with transport vehicles in the banking system is developed based on urban traffic in such a way that three objectives of decreasing greenhouse emissions, reducing location and routing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction are taken into consideration simultaneously. Furthermore, a new multi-objective genetic algorithm hybridized with a PROMETHEE method, namely the multi-objective genetic-PROMETHEE algorithm (MOGPA), is developed to tackle the proposed model. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is examined by comparing it with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) and multi-objective imperialist competitive algorithm (MOICA) for the real-case issue of Saman Bank. Because management assumptions are considered in the preference functions of the proposed algorithm, the results show that the solutions of the proposed algorithm are more efficient and closer to reality.

    Estimating the costs of mine reclamation is a significant part of mine closure projects. One approach to mine reclamation is planting mine areas. In this approach, the optimum selection of plant types is cosidered a multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. Once proper plant species are identified, it is required to estminate planting costs through statistical analysis. This work aims to introduce an algorithm for optimal plant type selection and a reclamation cost estimation model for open-pit mines. To this end, the plant species compatible with the sorrounding areas of Sungun copper mine are identified and ranked using the PROMETHEE technique. In this analysis, the main criteria are local landscape, pest resistance, plant growth ability, availability, economic issues, soil protection, water storage ability, and pollution prevention. Among the six plant types, Maple trees have the highest score (4.34). After that, to develop the reclamation cost estimation model, the data (99 datasets) is collected from the Sungun copper mine, Sarcheshmeh copper mine, and Chadormaloo iron mine. The variables in the database include soil gradation by graders, slope trimming and topography by bulldozers, the ripping and softening of the compacted soil, chemical fertilizers, natural fertilizers and mulch and biosolid, lime soil pH adjustment, herbicide, seedling, tree planting, workers and drivers, and fuel and maintenance. Regression analysis is performed to analyze the data, and a reclamation cost estimation model is developed with high accuracy (R2 = 0.78). On the whole, this study proposes an innovative, step-by-step, technical, and economic approach to the optimal selection of plant species, and presents a reclamation cost estimation model so as to promote the open-pit mine reclamation process.

    دیدگاه توسعه پایدار، استفاده از نیروهای توانمند درون زا در محلات شهری، یعنی گروه ها و اجتماعات محلی را راه حل مشکلات شهری می داند. توسعه محله ای در قالب فرآیندی مردمی، به عنوان محور برنامه های توسعه پایدار شهری و مناطق کلان شهری مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است. این تحقیق با شناسایی شاخص های توسعه پایدار محله ای و تلفیق و اولویت بندی آنها در محلات مختلف منطقه یک شهرداری کرج، سعی در بررسی و ارایه الگویی در ارتباط با این محلات دارد. در این تحقیق از روش پرومته که از روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره در حوزه تحقیق در عملیات است؛ برای انتخاب گزینه بهینه استفاده شده است. همچنین برای وزن دهی به معیارها نیز از روش کریتیک که از روش های بسیار سازگار با تصمیم گیری های چند معیاره است، استفاده شد. پرسشنامه های توزیع شده در میان خبرگان دارای 8 معیار اصلی مشارکت، هویت و سرزندگی، عدالت اجتماعی، رضایتمندی، ایمنی و امنیت، زیست محیطی، منظر شهری و شاخصه های عمرانی بوده و شامل 34 زیر معیار و 5 گزینه که محله های اسلام آباد، بهار، عظیمیه، طالقانی شمالی و خیابان برغان می باشند. محاسبات جریان های خالص رتبه بندی محلات صورت پذیرفته و نتایج حاصل از جریان های مثبت و منفی نشان می دهد محله عظیمیه در بهترین وضعیت و سپس به ترتیب محله های طالقانی شمالی، بهار، خیابان برغان و اسلام آباد در رتبه های بعدی قرار گرفتند. به علاوه زیر معیارهای بحرانی و معضلات اساسی در هر محله تشخیص داده شده و پیشنهادها و راهکارهای کلی و جزیی در ارتباط با محلات ارایه گردیده است. این نتایج می تواند به عنوان الگویی در ارتباط با توسعه پایدار محله ای بافت فرسوده در خدمت ارگان های مربوطه ازجمله وزارتخانه ها، شهرداری ها و تمامی ارگان های مربوطه برای استفاده در مناطق دیگر مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

    Sustainable development considers the use of endogenous capabilities in urban areas, local groups and communities as social capitals that have an important role in maintaining and developing the metropolises. Local development in the form of a popular process has been emphasized as the focus of sustainable urban development programs and metropolitan areas. In this study, considering the indexes of sustainable districts development as one of the main concerns of developing communities, a model in relation to the district one of Karaj city is presented. The Promethee method, which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods used to select the optimal and preferred options. Critic method, which is very consistent with multi-criteria decisions, used to weigh the criteria. The questionnaires distributed among experts have 8 main criteria of participation, identity and vitality, social justice, satisfaction, safety and security, environment, urban landscape and developmental characteristics and include 34 sub-criteria and 5 options which was ‘Islamabad’, ‘Bahar’, ‘Azimiyeh’, ‘North Taleghani’ and ‘Baraghan’ district. The results of advantages and disadvantages analyses showed that ‘Azimiyeh’ has the best condition and then, ‘North Taleghani’, ‘Bahar’, ‘Baraghan’ and ‘Islamabad’ are in the next ranks, respectively. In addition, critical sub-criteria have been identified in each district. Finally some general and detailed suggestions and solutions have been proposed to promote districts. These results can be used as a model for the sustainable development of urban decay by relevant agencies, including ministries, municipalities and etc.

    All governments especially those having a high risk of natural disasters must have a comprehensive and implementable plan. In Iran, the placement of relief centers for the injured is usually done experimentally by relief organizations without considering the necessary standards. In this research, according to the crisis management standard, the criteria are classified and determined as layers of information in the Geographic Information System (GIS). Then, the selected relief centers in the study area were evaluated according to the standard criteria and using the obtained matrix, the research criteria were weighed by entropy method. Finally, using net flows, performance scores and research constraints, the optimal options were identified by the PROMETHEE 5 method. The strengths and weaknesses of each of these options were also assessed. The results showed that half of the relief centers considered in the region were not optimal and had poor performance in most of the effective and important criteria for locating relief centers. Criteria of population density and distance from worn tissue were the most important criteria in this study.

    عملیات پول رسانی از خزانه به شعب و خودپردازهای موجود در سطح شهر،  از فرآیندهای کلیدی در سیستم بانکداری می باشد. عوامل متعددی مانند محل خزانه، ناوگان حمل، مسیرهای انتقال و پراکندگی جغرافیایی شعب و خودپردازها، توزیع تقاضای پول، رضایت مشتریان، در انجام بهینه فرآیند انتقال پول موثر است. همچنین امروزه مسایل زیست محیطی به خصوص مبحث انتشار گازهای گلخانه ای موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله، یک مدل جدید از مسئله مکان یابی - مسیریابی وسایل نقلیه برای شبکه پول رسانی بانک توسعه داده شده است به طوری که هم زمان سه هدف کاهش میزان انتشار گازهای گلخانه ای، کاهش هزینه های مکان یابی و مسیریابی و افزایش رضایت مشتریان را در نظر می گیرد. با توجه به NP-hard بودن مسایل مکان یابی - مسیریابی جهت حل مدل، یک الگوریتم ژنتیک چندهدفه جدید مبتنی بر روش پرومته ارایه شده و نتایج حل برای مسایل واقعی بانک سامان با الگوریتم های ژنتیک برمبنای مرتب سازی نامغلوب و رقابت استعماری چند هدفه مقایسه شده است. مقایسه نتایج الگوریتم ها، کارایی الگوریتم پیشنهادی را برای مسئله مورد نظر نشان می دهد.

    One of the key processes in the banking system, is cash distribution from Treasury Branches and ATMs in the city. Treasury location, fleet, routes, geographical distribution of branches and ATMs, the distribution of money demand, customer satisfaction, are some of the influential factors in optimizing the money transfer process. Furthermore, today’s environmental issues, especially the issue of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, have been concentrated. In this paper, a new model of the location-routing vehicles for a bank cash distribution network is developed, in which three objectives of reducing GHG emissions, reducing costs of location-routing, and increasing customer satisfaction are considered simultaneously. Regarding to the difficulty of finding optimal solutions in such integrated models of location-routing problems, a multi-objective genetic algorithm-based on Prometheus methods are proposed. The obtained results are compared with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) and multi-objective imperialist algorithm (MOICA). The comparison of these results shows the performance of the proposed algorithm for the given problems.

    شرکت های بیمه، از مهم ترین نهادهای اقتصادی هر کشوری و پشتیبانی کننده سایر نهادهای اقتصادی اند که عملکرد مناسب آن ها نقش موثری در رونق اقتصاد دارد. هدف این پژوهش رتبه بندی شعب شرکت بیمه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و روش های تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره می باشد. نمونه مورد استفاده در این مطالعه شامل 30 شعبه مراکز استان شرکت بیمه پارسیان است. هم چنین در زمینه استخراج معیارهای رتبه بندی و ارزش گذاری آن ها از کارشناسان و خبرگان صنعت بیمه نظرسنجی شده است. در گام نخست مطالعات مشابه مرور گردید و با کمک خبرگان، 29 شاخص تاثیرگذار در چارچوب کارت امتیازی متوازن استخراج گردید. این شاخص ها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در چهار بعد کارت امتیازی متوازن شامل مالی، مشتری، فرایندهای داخلی و رشد و یادگیری به 15 شاخص نهایی تقلیل یافت. سپس با کمک فرایند تحلیل شبکه ای به شاخص های نهایی وزن داده شده و در نهایت با استفاده از روش پرامتی، شعب مورد بررسی رتبه بندی شده اند. براساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، دو بعد مشتری و مالی دارای اهمیت بیشتری هستند. هم چنین دو شاخص سهم شعبه از حق بیمه صادره و سود عملیاتی شعبه نسبت به کل شرکت، نقش اساسی در رشد شعب بیمه دارند. براین اساس دو شعبه AC027 و AC030، دارای رتبه اول و دوم هستند.

    Insurance companies are one of the most important economic institutions in each country and support other economic institutions and their proper functioning has a significant role in boosting the economy. The purpose of this research is Ranking the branches of Parsiyan Insurance Companys using CFA and MCDM Methods. The sample used, includes 30 Parsian Insurance Branches. Also, experts in the insurance industry have been surveyed in terms of extracting rating and valuation criteria. In the first step, similar studies were reviewed and with the help of experts, 29 effective indicators were developed in the framework of a balanced scorecard. These indicators were reduced to 15 final indicators by using a CFA in four dimensions of the balanced scorecard including financial, customer, internal processes, and growth and learning. Then, with the help of the ANP, the indicators are weighed and finally branches are ranked by the PROMETHEE method. According to the results of the research, two dimensions of customer and financial are more important. Also, the two indices of the share premium of the subsidiary and the operating profit of the branch relative to the whole company have a major role in the growth of insurance branches.     Increasing the production rate and minimizing the related costs, while optimizing the safety measures, are nowadays’ most important tasks in the mining industry. To these ends, mechanization of mines could be applied, which can result in significant cost reductions and higher levels of profitability for underground mines. The potential of a coal mine mechanization depends on some important factors such as seam inclination and thickness, geological disturbances, seam floor and roof conditions. Mechanization of underground mines requires substantial investments. Therefore, thorough inspection of pertaining aspects is of highest importance before a final decision. The main aim of this study is to develop a new approach to rank the mechanization potential of different coal seams in the Tazareh coal mine complex based on multi-criteria decision-making methods. In fact, a decision-making approach is an effective tool for dealing with complex decision-making processes, and the obtained results may aid the decision maker to determine the priorities and make the best decision. To this end, an integrated Fuzzy Delphi Analytical Hierarchy Process (FDAHP) - PROMETHEE method was utilized to rank coal stopes from the best to the worst. Among different coal seams, K19 was selected as the optimal alternative for mechanization of the Tazareh coal mine complex. In addition, in order to investigate the effects of the pertaining factors on the final decision, a sensitivity analysis was performed. The results obtained from sensitivity analysis showed that K19 with 71.4% of votes had the highest potential for mechanization.

    Predicting the sawability of the dimension stone is one of the most important factors involved in production planning. Moreover, this factor can be used as an important criterion in the cost estimation and planning of the stone plants. The main purpose for carrying out this work was to rank the sawability of the dimension stone using the PROMETHEE method. In this research work, four important physical and mechanical properties of rocks including the uniaxial compressive strength, Schmiazek F-abrasivity, mohs hardness, and Young's modulus were evaluated as the criteria. During the research process, two groups of dimension stones were selected and analyzed. The rock samples were collected from a number of Iranian factories for the laboratory tests. The production rate of each sawn stone was selected to verify the proposed sawability ranking method. The results obtained showed that the new ranking method can be reliably used for evaluating the sawability of the dimension stone at any stone factory with different rocks only by the physical and mechanical properties testing.

    The stock selection problem is one of the major issues in the investment industry, which is mainly solved by analyzing financial ratios. However, considering the complexity and imprecise patterns of the stock market, obvious and easy-to-understand investment rules, based on fundamental analysis, are difficult to obtain. Fundamental and technical analyses are two common methods for predicting the future behavior of the stock.Fundamental analysis focuses on the economic forces of supply and demand which cause stock prices change. On the other hand technical analysis examines historical data relating to changes in the price and trading volume by using graphs and indicators as a primary tool to predict future price movements. Therefore, in this paper, a model has been proposed for selection of the right portfolio in stock exchange. Financial industries ranking and companies ranking have been applied for selection of the right stock in this model. These rankings have been done through the PROMETHEE decision making method. Technical Analysis has been done for determining the right time to buy and sell the superior stocks. A survey has been done for determining the effective criteria over industry and company evaluation. The developed model has been applied in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) as a real case and a real problem has been solved. It is concluded that by using both Fundamental and Technical Analysis, an investor can get higher return on stocks instead of using just one individual analysis. In other words, while fundamental analysis distinguishes which stocks to buy, technical Analysis shows when to buy the superior stocks.Finally, some important and most commonly used indicators have been extracted. These indicators can be used by investors to consistently and correctly predict the future stocks prices.
