کشور ایران به علت قرارگیری بر روی کمربند گرم دنیا دارای یکی از بالاترین پتانسیلهای جذب انرژی خورشیدی می باشد که امکان استفاده از نیروگاه های خورشیدی را فراهم می سازد. یکی از مهمترین مسائل در فرآیند استفاده از نیروی انرژی خورشیدی و احداث نیروگاه های خورشیدی موضوع مکان یابی است. در این مقاله شاخص های مهم مکان یابی در شاخه های اقتصادی، اقلیمی و امنیتی همچون شاخص هزینه و درآمدی، دمای هوا، شاخص میزان ابرناکی آسمان، شاخص آلودگی هوا، شاخص میزان سرعت وزش باد، شاخص میزان ساعات تابش نور خورشید، شاخص زاویه تابش نور خورشید و شاخص های دیگر معرفی و سپس با ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه خبرگان و کاوش داده های آماری از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تائیدی عامل های اصلی اولویت بندی شدند. در ادامه جهت محاسبه وزن معیارها و زیرمعیار از روش AHP استفاده شده و سپس وزن های حاصله با وزن های حاصل از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری ادغام گشته و وزن نهایی محاسبه گردید. در این مرحله از مدل جمعی وزنی WSM و مدل تولید وزنی WPM نیز استفاده شده است. در ادامه، بر اساس جهت های اصلی جغرافیایی کشور (شمال، جنوب، شرق و غرب، مرکز) و جهت های فرعی جغرافیایی کشور (شمال شرق، شمال غرب، جنوب شرق، جنوب غرب) هر یک، یک استان به عنوان نمونه، منتخب شدند. نتیجه مقاله نشان داد که از بین 9 جهت بررسی شده، به ترتیب جهت های جنوب غربی، مرکز و جنوب شرقی کشور بهترین مناطق برای ایجاد و راه اندازی نیروگاه های خورشیدی هستند.

This situation creates a good opportunity for using of solar power plants. This research early introduces the important criterions in three sections: economic, climate & security such as Income and expenses, air temperature, cloudy sky index, air pollution index , wind speed index, sunlight hour’s index, sunlight angle index etc. Then by questionnaire tools and expert interviews and exploring statistical data from structural equation modeling, exploratory factor analysis & confirmatory factor analysis was prioritized the main factors. In the following, it uses AHP model for calculating of the weight of criteria and sub-criteria. Then the resulting weights are integrated with the weights obtained from structural equation modeling and the final weight was calculated. In the following, based on the main geographical directions of the country (N, S, E, W, C) and the subsidiary geographical directions of the country (NE, NW, SE, SW) , a province was selected as a sample. The result of the research shows between 9 geographical directions of Iran, respectively SW , Center and SE of geographical directions of the country are the best locations for commissioning of solar power plants .

Small Medium Enterprise (SME) gives a big pressure on the management of their assets. Lack of expertise and awareness will become the major obstacles in achieving a better business strategy. Lean principles are applied in manufacturing and service industries extensively, but its success application in industry has been poor. The main objective of this study is to identify the Barrier for implementation of Lean Manufacturing (LM) at SMEs and to determine the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for Implementation of Lean Manufacturing (LM) at SMEs. The data was collected using questionnaire and all the data was analyzed by using SPSS. There are 208 respondents involved in this study and the questionnaire is accepted with Cronbach’s Alpha more than 0.7. From the new conceptual model created after KMO and Bartlett’s Test, the researchers show there is one construct eliminated for both CSFs and Barriers. This study found that the construct for the Barrier for implementation of Lean Manufacturing at SMEs were related to resources, management, knowledge and financial. The construct for the CSFs for Implementation of Lean Manufacturing at SMEs were related to responsibility & leadership, supplier, people management and resource. The proposed model from this study will only be suitable for SMEs in Pasir Gudang Industrial area.

هدف
تشابه ریسک یکی از مدل های انتخاب سبد سهام می باشد که پس از بحران مالی آمریکا در سال 2008 موردتوجه بسیار قرارگرفته است. فلسفه این مدل اختصاص تا حد یکسان ریسک سبد بین دارایی های تشکیل دهنده آن می باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارایه مدل انتخاب سبد سهام ترکیبی تشابه ریسک و تحلیل عاملی بر پایه تغییر رژیم مارکوف می باشد.
روش شناسی پژوهشدر پژوهش حاضر مدل انتخاب سبد سهام ترکیبی تشابه ریسک و تحلیل عاملی بر پایه تغییر رژیم مارکوف معرفی می شود. تغییر رژیم مارکوف کمک می کند تا ماتریس کواریانس موجود در تابع هدف مدل تشابه ریسک به کمک تحلیل عاملی وابسته به متغیر حالت برآورد شود. بر این اساس در ابتدای هر دوره سرمایه گذاری متغیر حالت مشخص و بر اساس آن ماتریس کواریانس دارایی ها محاسبه می شود و در مدل تشابه ریسک مورداستفاده قرار می گیرد.
یافته هاسبد سهام نمونه ای پژوهش متشکل از 8 صنعت (به عنوان دارایی های سبد) از بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه 1390 تا 1399 نشان می دهد که مدل ترکیبی پژوهش نسبت به مدل های متداول میانگین-واریانس و برابری وزن، نسبت شارپ بالاتری دارد و درافت های بازار نسبت به دو مدل مذکور مقاوم تر است و زیان کمتری تولید می کند.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمینوآوری و اهمیت پژوهش در استوار سازی سبد سهام تشابه ریسک به وسیله پارامتر ماتریس کواریانس با رویکرد تحلیل عاملی بر پایه تغییر رژیم مارکوف می باشد. بدین صورت انتظار می رود تا در حالات مختلف بازار، انتظارات از سبد سهام با واقعیت تطابق بیشتری داشته و در ریزش های بازار ضرر کمتری تولید شود.

The philosophy of this model is to allocate an equal amount of portfolio risk between the assets. In the present study, the portfolio selection model is introduced which is a combination of risk parity portfolio and factor analysis with the Markov regime-switching framework.

Markov regime switching helps to make the covariance matrix in the objective function of the risk equality model dependent on the state variable and increase the stability of the portfolio. At the beginning of each investment period, the state variable is determined and the asset covariance matrix is calculated based on it and used in the risk equality model
FindingsThe research portfolio consisting of 8 industries from the Tehran Stock Exchange in the period 1390 to 1399 shows that this portfolio has a higher sharp ratio than the mean-variance and equally weighted portfolios in market declines, it is more durable and produces less damage.
Originality/ValueThe innovation and importance of research is robustness of risk parity portfolio by considering the covariance matrix parameter with factor analysis in Markov regime-switching framework. Thus, it is expected that in different market situations, expectations from the stock portfolio will be more consistent with reality and less losses will be produced in market declines.

با توجه به رشد روزافزون رسانههای نوین، روز به روز بر تعداد شهروندان دیجیتال در جامعه افزوده میشود. شهروند دیجیتال به شهروندی گفته می شود که توانایی استفاده از خدمات برخطی که دولت هر کشور ارایه می کند را در حد مطلوب داشته باشد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی روایی و پایایی مقیاس شهروند دیجیتال در شهر بیرجند بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه افراد 18 سال به بالای ساکن شهر بیرجند بودند که از میان آن ها 384 نفر به روش نمونه گیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه شهروند دیجیتال چویی، گلاسمن و کریستول است [16]. روایی محتوایی و صوری نسخه فارسی آن بر اساس نظر صاحب نظران تایید شد. ساختار عاملی پرسشنامه شهروند دیجیتال با استفاده از هر دو شیوه تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی بررسی شد. تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد 4 ماده در بیش از یک عامل، بارعاملی بالا دارند؛ که این مادهها حذف شدند و در نهایت مدل نهایی شامل 4 عامل؛ فعالیت سیاسی اینترنتی، مهارت های فناورانه، دیدگاه انتقادی و آگاهی های محلی- جهانی به دست آمد که حاوی 22 ماده است. برای پایایی این ابزار از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که این ضریب برای مولفه های آن بین 79/0 تا 90/0 به دست آمد؛ با توجه به اینکه شاخصهای روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی مقیاس شهروند دیجیتال همگی در حد مطلوبی بودند، میتوان از آن بهعنوان ابزاری روا و پایا برای شناسایی شهروندان دیجیتال استفاده نمود.

A digital citizen is a citizen who has the ability to use the online services provided by the government of each country to the best of his ability. The purpose of this study was to investigate the validity and reliability of digital citizenship scale in Birjand city. The statistical population of this study was all individuals aged 18 years and older in Birjand city, of which 384 were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The instrument used in this research is a digital citizen questionnaire, Chui, Glassman and Kristol (2017). Content validity of the Persian version was verified according to the opinion of the experts. Factor structure of digital citizenship questionnaire was investigated using both exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The exploratory factor analysis showed that 4 substances have high yields in more than one factor; these materials were eliminated, and finally the final model included four factors; Internet political activity, technological skills, critical and local-global awareness. It came out with 22 substances. For reliability of this tool, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which coefficient for its components was 0.79- 0.99. Given that the validity and reliability indicators of the Persian version of the Digital Citizen scale were all favorable, it can be used as a valid and reliable tool to identify digital citizens.

International Journal of Supply and Operations Management, Volume:7 Issue: 3, Summer 2020, PP 242 -260Managing risk in e-supply chain has become an essential field for researchers in this fast-growing market. Many researchers have contributed to this context for managing risks, but it remains uncertain. This study recommends a structural model to analyze the impact of various e-supply chain risk issues over demand risk. This model mainly covers seven categories of risk issues such as demand, organizational, infrastructure, etc. for this study which are related to mechanical manufacturing industries of Delhi region. So, after a detailed study and expert’s opinion, 38 Risks factors were included in this study to formulate the survey form or questionnaire. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted for gathering responses from 148 specialists belonging to mechanical manufacturing sector situated in Delhi region. This methodology consists of measurement and mathematical modeling. The technique is based on exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS and AMOS software tool. Software tools like SPSS21 used for descriptive statistics and Amos Graphics 21 used for structural equation modeling. Risk related factors and sub-factors have been identified, assigned weight and prioritized in accordance with their importance using expert opinion through well-designed questionnaires. On the other hand, an empirical study was conducted for transforming a conceptual model into structural equation modeling. Structural identification and comparison of various risks related to the e-supply chain. Result finding proposes various e-supply risk issues which create significant positive (0.49) effect over demand risk. Complexity of the enterprise innovative potential as a subject of research and its multifaceted nature cause a large number of approaches to its evaluation. Therefore, an urgent area of research is the development of a comprehensive approach that would promptly and fully diagnose the state of existing innovation potential of the enterprise. This article proposes a methodology for innovation potential evaluation is proposed, based on the resource and productive approaches to its measurement. In accordance with the proposed integrated approach, the following evaluation goals are identified: analysis of the efficiency of using innovative potential and determining the degree of relevance between the existing innovation potential and the selected enterprise development strategy (or new innovation project). As a result of the conducted research, the most informative indicators, characterizing the constituent elements of the innovation potential, have been determined, and on the basis of their use a method of calculating the final indicators of utilization efficiency and relevance of the existing innovation potential of the enterprise has been developed.

International Journal of Supply and Operations Management, Volume:3 Issue: 1, Spring 2016, PP 1102 -1111Institutional theory argues that the isomorphic nature of quality management (QM) practices leads to similar QM implementation and performance among QM-embedded firms. However, contingency theory questions such 'universal effectiveness of QM practices'. Considering these conflicting arguments, this study tests samples from the U.S. and China to examine whether the 'universal effectiveness of QM practices across national boundaries actually exists. First, the confirmatory factor analysis was performed to examine the validity of the survey instruments developed in this study. Then, the hypotheses were tested using the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The SEM test results indicated that the positive effect of behavioral QM on firm performance was more significant in the U.S. sample than in the China sample. The test results also presented that the relative effect of behavioral QM versus technical QM on firm performance was noticeably different in service firms, according to national economic maturity. The studys findings demonstrated that a firm's contingency factors, such as national economic maturity and industry type, could result in the heterogeneous implementation of the firms TQM program; consequently, the findings weakened the 'universal effectiveness of QM practices'.Keywords: Quality management, Contingency theory, Survey research, Factor analysis, Structural equation modeling

International Journal of Industrial Engineering and Productional Research, Volume:25 Issue: 2, Jun 2014, PP 125 -138Having a comprehensive evaluation model with reliable data is useful to improve performance of supply chain. In this paper, according to the nature of supply chain, a model is presented that able to evaluate the performance of the supply chain by a network data envelopment analysis model and by using the financial, intellectual capital (knowledge base), collaboration and responsiveness factors of the supply chain. At the first step, indicators were determined and explained by explanatory Factor Analysis. Then, Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) model was used. This paper is the result of research related to supply chain of pharmaceutical companies in Tehran Stock Exchange and 115 experts and senior executives have been questioned as sample. The results showed that responsiveness latent variable had the highest correlation with supply chain performance and collaborative, financial and intellectual capital (knowledge base) latent variables were respectively after that. Four of the twenty eight supply chains which were studied obtained 1 as the highest performance rate and the lowest observed performance was 0.43.Keywords: supply chain Performance evaluation, Performance indicators, Factor Analysis, Network data envelopment analysis

شناسایی و تعیین دیدگاه مشتریان و ذینفعان به منظور ارزیابی میزان موفقیت مدیریت پروژه ها در کنار مثلث زمان، هزینه و کیفیت از سالهای پایانی قرن بیستم مورد توجه محققان دانش مدیریت پروژه بوده است. از این رو تهیه یک پرسشنامه مبتنی بر شاخص های ارزیابی مطرح از نگاه مشتریان در مدیریت این نوع پروژه ها و تعیین میزان اهمیت شاخص ها از دید ایشان، منبع اصلی داده های این تحقیق بوده است. همچنین از تحلیل عاملی برای خلاصه سازی شاخصهای اولیه و تعیین مولفه های زیر بنایی شکل دهنده آن برای ایجاد یک مدل ارزیابی بهره گیری شده است. سپس با استفاده از الگوی ارایه شده به ارزیابی عملکرد مدیریت پروژه ها در ساخت قطعات خودرو پرداخته شده است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد ضعف موجود در زمینه شناخت و به کارگیری مدیریت ریسک در فرایند مدیریت این نوع پروژه ها به عنوان یکی از عوامل منفی تاثیرگزار بر میزان موفقیت آنها به شمار می رود.

Therefore a questionnaire based on potential factors from customer’s viewpoint for evaluating performance of project management in automotive parts industry was the main source of data collection in this research. Factor analysis was applied to identify underlying factors to develop an evaluation model. Afterwards the proposed model was applied to evaluate performance of project management in such projects.
