Today’s competition is promoted from firm against firm to supply chain versus supply chain, globalization and competition is a common phenomenon so each organization should make its supply chain as a weapon against the others, in doing so this paper presented a conceptual, graphical, step by step methodology to construct supply chain strategies by integrating strategic management’s theories, application and analysis and supply chain point of view to help managers to compete in the market.Keywords: methodology, strategic management, supply chain management}

در این مقاله به متدولوژی تدوین نقشه راه توسعه فناوری ارتباطات خودرویی در کشور پرداخته می شود. با توجه به پراکنده بودن دانش و شناخت موضوع در کشور، لازم است روشی نظام مند جهت تجمیع، ساختاربخشی و تجزیه و تحلیل این خرده دانش ها برای ترسیم آینده فناوری کشور در زمینه ارتباطات خودرویی بکار گرفته شود. روشی که علاوه بر در نظر گرفتن روندهای فناوری جهانی، به مسائل ویژه حمل و نقل کشور نیز توجه داشته و جهت گیری مناسبی جهت بهبود معضلات ویژه ایران، نظیر مسئله ایمنی جاده ای داشته باشد.
در این مقاله، در ابتدا به کلیاتی در خصوص تدوین نقشه راه فناوری پرداخته، مزایای آن تشریح و الگوهای عمومی آن شناسایی شده است. همچنین در این بخش یک مدل مفهومی برای توسعه نقشه راه فناوری ارائه شده است. سپس انواع روش های توسعه نقشه راه فناوری شناسایی و بررسی شده است و بر اساس معیارهایی متد پیشنهادی برای پروژه ارتباطات خودرویی ارائه شده است. در بخش آخر روش S-Plan به عنوان روش انتخابی مورد تشریح بیشتر قرار گرفته و خصوصیات و شیوه انجام آن با جزئیات بیشتر ارائه شده است.کلید واژگان: نقشه راه, نقشه راه فناوری, متدولوژی, فناوری ارتباطات خودرویی}This paper investigates the methodologies of roadmap development for CVT in Iran. Since the knowledge of CVT roadmap development is not integrated, we required a method to collect structure and analyze this unclassified knowledge in order to define the future of CVT. This method has to consider both global trends and national transportation issues and also provides appropriate approaches to improve the specific issues of the country such as road safety.In this paper the common methods of roadmap development for CVT have been explained, following a description of the advantages of applying a roadmap and the identification of the general patterns. A conceptual model has also been proposed for developing the roadmap of the technology. Then various methods have been identified and investigated, and according to some criteria a method has been proposed for the CVT project. In the end S-plan method as the selected method has been described and the features of this method have been explained in details.
