    Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a very powerful indicator for the performance evaluation of a manufacturing organization. However, determining the OEE target remains subjective and it’s usually based on the decision of concerned managers. In this paper, we tested the OEE target determination model based on the measured OEE. Such a method is based on the fuzzy logic principle and on two other decision-making support methods. To do this, we began with a literature review on OEE and its constituents. Then, a detailed description of the research methodology and the proposed model is provided. Thus, a case study in a manufacturing agri-food organization was conducted to test the proposed model and validate the obtained results.

    The development of motorcycle industry in Indonesia is quite rapid. The mode of transportation is a favorite the people of Indonesia, especially in industrial area. The average motorcycle user is a company employee because it facilitates access and avoids traffic. Motorcycle component production in Indonesia is spread across several companies, one of the companies that manufactures components made of plastic material has 16 injection machines. These machines have different performance, when analyzed using the OEE approach it is known that Machine 16 has the lowest performance compared to others at only 91.2%. Factors that affect the low efficiency of the machine due to the 7 biggest losses namely Dandori, Mold Repair, Machine Damage, re-setting, Material jams, robot damage and Cleaning Mold

    TPM total productive maintenanceرویکردی به منظور بیشینه کردن اثربخشی تجهیزات با هدف توجه به تمام جنبه های عملیات همچون نصب، نگهداری تجهیزات و امکانات است که در دل آن انگیزش و ارتقای پرسنل شرکت نهفته است. این پژوهش بر مطالعه ی TPM و شش اتلاف عمده در صنعت و بر نقش اصلی TPM در پشتیبانی بهبود مستمر همچون تولید نابlean production و راهکارهای اجرایی برای حذف تلفات تمرکز دارد. همچنین موضوع امکان سنجی پیاده سازی TPM در سالن پرس شرکت سایپا بررسی شده است. برای گردآوری داده های مورد نیاز، چک لیست استاندارد ممیزی ساختار نگهداری و تعمیرات در هفت موضوع و پرسش نامه ی محقق ساخته ممیزی منابع انسانی در پنج موضوع عوامل اجتماعی و روانی، فرهنگی و مدیریتی، اقتصادی و فیزیکی - پس از کسب نظرات خبرگان صنعتی و دانشگاهی و اطمینان از روایی validity و پایاییreliability آنها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها مشاهده شد که عوامل ساختاری و انسانی برای پیاده سازی TPM درسالن پرس وجود ندارد.

TPM is one approach in order to maximize the e ectiveness of facilities and equipment with the aim of considering all aspects of operations, such as installation, maintenanceandfacilitiesthatpromotesemployees'motivation and promotion. TPM Insists on the operators importance in maintenance devices, Thus, through education and participation sense, provides environmental that will encourage such commitment and follows for continuous improvement through group activities "In the past, the TPM role in the lean production had not seen while based on most existing studies, TPM roles as a prime driving factor.TPM methodology has bene cial result of unexpected turns to lean manufacturing. What important in a world class continuous improvement is Evaluation of Performance and OEE is One of themethodsofperformanceevaluationinmanufacturing industry. Overall Equipment E ectiveness consists of three factors of the availability, yield and quality. Thus, the total participation units of the organization in determining the overall equipment e ectiveness are provided. ThisresearchstudyfocusesonevaluatetheTPMandsix major waste in industry and its key role in supporting initiatives such as lean manufacturing and continuous quality improvement strategies and practical solutions to eliminate losses. Also feasibility of implementing a comprehensive TPM in the press shop of SAIPA has been discussed. To collect the required data in this study, questionnaire audit of maintenance in seven subjects And human resources audit questionnaire in ve subjects such as social and psychological, cultural and administrative, economic and physical factors has been used after the acquisition of industrial and academic experts and validity and reliability. Data analysis shows that there are not structural and human factors for TPM implementation in Saipa Press Shop.
