Given the recent droughts, it has become increasingly valuable to plan for water resources management and conservation as well as the protection of local communities. Investigating the trend of water resource changes, especially those that are restricted and have undergone transformations over a short period of time, is applicable for optimal resource management. The present study aims to evaluate physical changes in Fars province's aquatic zones, i.e. Bakhtegan, Tashk, Maharloo, and Parishan lakes, using the MODIS (Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) service and its relationship with precipitation over the period 2001-2017. Due to land-use and precipitation changes, the areas of these aquatic zones have decreased dramatically. As the results show, the area of the province's water surface along with the wetland class was 1346.31 km2 in 2001, comprising 1.09% of the total land use of the province, while the amount of water in the province (wetland and aquatic land-use classes) was 99.59 km2 (about 0.75%) in 2017. This indicates a decline of more than 25%. Then, using precipitation data, the relationship between the area of aquatic zones and the precipitation rate was measured. The results indicated a direct and positive correlation between these two factors as 0.76. The highest precipitation concentration was observed in the studied aquatic zones. The reverse was also true in the years when the lakes reached their minimum areas.

It is crucial for environmental planning, land management, and sustainable development to be aware of the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of land changes. The use of vegetation maps is one of the important pillars of generating information for macro and micro planning. The present study employed the time and place of vegetation in Fars province. The data were derived from Landsat satellite data of OLI and ETM sensors for a 30-year period from 1986 to 2017, and the NDVI index was calculated. Moreover, quantitative values were classified for qualitative changes in vegetation. The index was classified into three groups: rich, poor, and vegetation-free. Temperature changes at the ground level were calculated using MODIS imagery for the studied period. The results revealed that quantitative and qualitative changes of vegetation over the studied 30 years was significant so that the vegetation-free areas were increased by 107.49, the areas with poor vegetation were decreased by 366.56 hectares, and the rich vegetation cover was decreased by 455.55 ha. The largest reduction in the area was related to the lands with rich vegetation. Investigating the surface temperature of the province with MODIS imagery demonstrated the rise in the surface temperature. The temperature difference was more than 3° (from -2.8°C to 0.96°C), and the highest temperature drop was observed in the eastern and central areas of the province. Finally, to investigate the relationship between vegetation and LST, the annual contamination lines were plotted along with the difference in NDVI over the studied period. The results revealed that in most areas with lower temperatures, the vegetation cover was denser. The statistical analysis between drought and vegetation indicated a significant relationship between these two factors.

رشد و گسترش حمل و نقل اثرات گسترده ای بر روی بخش های تولیدی اقتصادی دارد. در حالی که توسعه شبکه حمل و نقل بر رشد اقتصادی تاثیرمی گذارد ، تاثیر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی نیز در ایجاد یک سیستم مطلوب شبکه حمل و نقل نیز حایز اهمیت است. بنابراین ، همراه با رشد و توسعه اقتصادی هر کشور ، بخش حمل و نقل هم بایستی رشد و گسترش پیدا کند. این مقاله با هدف بررسی رابطه بین توسعه شبکه های حمل و نقل و توسعه منطقه ای در سطح استان فارس ارایه شده است. در این رابطه ، شاخص های مختلفی همانند سرانه سپرده های بانکی ، سرانه ساخت و ساز ، سرانه برق مصرفی در بخش صنعت و اشتغال در بخش های مختلف به عنوان نمایه های فعالیت و رشد اقتصادی در نظر گرفته شده اند. نتایج مطالعه نشان می دهد که رابطه همبستگی معناداری بین توسعه شبکه ارتباطی و شاخص های فعالیت و اشتغال در سطح شهرستان های استان فارس وجود دارد. بر این اساس می توان به نقش سیاست های توسعه نظام حمل و نقلی در برنامه ریزی توسعه اقتصادی پی برد.

Therefore, along with the economic development of each country, the transport must also grow and spread. This paper aims to investigate the relationship between the development of transport networks and regional development in Fars province. In this regard, different indicators such as per capita bank deposits, per building, per capita electricity consumption in the industrial sector and employment in different sectors as an indicator of economic activity and growth have been considered. The results show that the correlation between the development of communication network and indicators of activity and employment in the city of Fars province. On this basis, we can mention the transportation system development policies realized in economic development planning.

راه ها به عنوان یکی از گسترده ترین زیرساخت های عمرانی در هر کشور یک سرمایه محسوب می شوند. موضوع مدیریت تعمیر و نگهداری راه های یکی از مهم ترین موارد جهت حفظ راه ها با توجه به بودجه موجود است. دو موضوع در مبحث مدیریت تعمیر و نگهداری راه ها دارای اهمیت است: 1- تعیین گزینه مناسب و 2- زمان بکارگیری آن. در این مقاله سعی شده تا مدلی با بکارگیری ابزار هوش مصنوعی جهت ارائه الگوریتمی در خصوص تصمیم گیری در رابطه با گزینه مناسب جهت انجام عملیات تعمیر و نگهداری و نیز زمان مناسب به لحاظ اولویت بندی برای اجرای آن توسعه داده شود. برای این منظور از سیستم استنتاج فازی (FIS) جهت ارائه مدل تصمیمگیری استفاده میشود. در این راستا از وضعیت فعلی روسازی شامل خرابی ها، وضعیت ناهمواری و مقاومت سازهای به عنوان ورودی های مدل استفاده خواهد شد. خروجی ها نیز گزینه تعمیر و نگهداری مناسب و اولویت زمانی اجرای آن خواهد بود. در نهایت مدل توسعه داده شده برای یک مطالعه موردی در قطعاتی از راه های برون شهری استان فارس اجرا خواهد شد. جهت تعیین اعتبارسنجی مدل نیز نتایج حاصل از مدل با آنچه که در واقعیت اجرا شده مقایسه می گردد. نتایج نشان می دهد تطابق نسبتا خوبی میان نتایج حاصل از مدل فازی و آنچه که در واقعیت اجرا شده وجود دارد.کلید واژگان: استان فارس, اولویت بندی, فازی, نگهداری, هوش مصنوعیRoads as the most extensive infrastructures are great assets in each country. Pavement rehabilitation and maintenance (R&M) based on the current budget is one of the most important issues to have proper roads. Two subjects are important in pavement management system, which are deciding about the proper alternatives for R&M and time to perform it. This paper aims to develop a model based on artificial intelligence to propose an algorithm for deciding about the proper option for pavement R&B and also the priority of its performance. For this purpose fuzzy inference system (FIS) would be applied. The present condition of the pavement based on the distresses, roughness and structural strength would be considered as the model inputs. Also the outputs are the proper option for R&B and priority of performance. To validate the model the real data of Fars County which relates to a PMS project would be applied.
