The present study aimed to design a model of talent turnover from the perspective of knowledge workers who have resigned in the Iranian Offshore Oil Company. Considering the main objective of this research—explaining and presenting an interpretive structural model of the factors influencing talent turnover in the Iranian Offshore Oil Company—this study falls within the scope of applied research and adopts an exploratory mixed-methods approach. The statistical population in the qualitative section included managers from the Iranian Offshore Oil Company, academics, and experts from the company. Using a purposive sampling method, 12 participants were selected as the sample. In the quantitative section, data were also collected from experts in the Iranian Offshore Oil Company. The sample size in this section was determined using Cochran’s formula and simple random sampling. With a total population of 250 individuals, the Cochran formula identified a sample size of 152 participants. Data collection employed interviews and a researcher-developed questionnaire. Thematic analysis was used to develop the model, which was ultimately analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with PLS software and the ISM technique. Results indicated that, among the model's components, livelihood status and skills and expertise were prioritized as the most critical factors by the experts, situated at the first level. Cultural and social environments and the political environment were ranked at the second level. Organizational policies, rules and processes, organizational climate, and organizational management were placed at the third level. Finally, influence and impact, along with being overlooked and undervalued, were categorized at the fourth level. From the managers' perspective, the most critical factors driving talent turnover included influence and impact, being overlooked and undervalued, livelihood status, and skills and expertise.

فصلنامه فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در علوم تربیتی، سال سیزدهم شماره 4 (پیاپی 52، تابستان 1402)، صص 5 -33هدف پژوهش بررسی نقش فضای مجازی در تربیت شهروندی دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی از دیدگاه متخصصان تو بررسی نگرش دانش آموزان نسبت به آن، با رویکرد ترکیبی به روش اکتشافی متوالی انجام گرفت. در بخش کیفی روش تحلیل محتوا بود. مشارکت کنندگان بخش کیفی شامل اساتید تعلیم و تربیت دانشگاه بودند که از بین آنها 9 نفر به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جامعه مورد مطالعه در بخش کمی نیز شامل دانش آموزان پایه پنجم و ششم مقطع ابتدایی شهر شیراز بودند که 133 نفر از آنها به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته فضای مجازی و تربیت شهروندی به دست آمده از نتایج بخش کیفی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی به روش تحلیل شبکه مضامین و اعتبارسنجی پژوهش به روش ساخت مسیر ممیزی انجام گرفت. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل و طبقه بندی داده ها 38 مضمون پایه، 8 مضمون سازمان یافته و 4 مضمون فراگیر شناسایی شد. در بخش کمی نیز نتایج نشان داد نگرش دانش آموزان نسبت به نقش فضای مجازی در تربیت شهروندی مثبت و بالاتر از حد مطلوب استکلید واژگان: »متخصصان, تربیت شهروندی, فضای مجازی, دانش آموزان, دوره ابتداییInformation and Communication Technology in Educational Sciences, Volume:13 Issue: 4, 2023, PP 5 -33The aim of this study was to investigate the role of cyberspace in citizenship education of elementary school students from the perspective of education experts and to examine students' attitudes toward it, with a combined approach and a series of Sequential exploratory methods. In the qualitative part, the research method was content analysis and in the quantitative part, it was a survey method. the participants of the qualitative part included the professors of education of the university, from which 9 people were purposefully selected. the study population in the quantitative section also i elementary school students in Shiraz, 133 of whom were selected. the semi-structured interview was used to collect data in the qualitative section and the results of the qualitative section were used in the quantitative section of the researcher-made questionnaire of cyberspace and citizenship education. data analysis in the qualitative section was performed by the network analysis method and validated by the audit path construction . after analyzing the data, 38 basic themes, 8 organized themes and 4 global themes were identified. ,The quantitative section indicated that based on the variables of gender and grade, in students' attitudes toward the role of cyberspace in citizenship education,Keywords: Experts, citizenship Education, Cyberspace, Students. Community Question Answering has a crucial role in almost all societies nowadays. It is important for the owners of a community to be able to make it better and more reliable. One way to achieve this, is to find the users who have more knowledge, expertise, experience and skill and can well share their knowledge with others (which we call experts and aim to encourage them to be more active in the website). One method to use is to identify expert users, and whenever a new question is asked, we suggest this question to them to check and answer if its in their area of expertise. One way to encourage users to post replies, is to use gameplay techniques such as assigning points and badges to users. But as we will discuss, this method does not always detect expert users well, because some users will try to have small and insignificant but numerous activities that will make them gain a lot of points, however they are not experts. In this study, we examine the methods by which experts in a question-and-answer system can be found, and try to evaluate and compare these methods, use their ideas and positive points, and add our own new ideas to a new way of finding them. We used some ideas such as profile making for users, categorize users’ expertise, A-Priori algorithm and showed that neural networks method results the best for the purpose of expert detection.

فصلنامه فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در علوم تربیتی، سال پنجم شماره 3 (پیاپی 19، بهار 1394)، صص 61 -81هدف از این پژوهش، ارایه الگویی برای تدوین برنامه درسی مبتنی بر وب است. این تحقیق، به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و با عنایت به پرسش های تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است. جامعه آماری، شامل 524 نفر از دبیران هنرستان های فنی حرفه ای و 58 نفر از کارشناسان علوم تربیتی شهرستان لاهیجان در سال 1393 بود که از این تعداد 308 نفر از دبیران و 58 نفر از کارشناسان به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته متشکل از 72 سوال برنامه درسی مبتنی بر وب است. برای بررسی روایی سازه پرسش نامه، از برآورد کفایت نمونه برداری (KMO) و آزمون کرویت بارتلت که حکایت از وجود شرایط مناسب اجرای تحلیل عاملی دارند، استفاده شد. پایایی پرسش نامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 94/0 برآورد شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی شامل آزمون تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. تحلیل عاملی بر پایه روش تحلیل مولفه های اصلی، انجام گرفت و نتایج نشان داد، برنامه درسی مبتنی بر وب، شش مولفه اساسی دارد و قابل مدل سازی است. این تعداد مولفه ها روی هم 280/51 درصد کل واریانس متغیرها را تبیین می کنند. در مرحله نهایی با استفاده از چرخش Olbimin ماتریس عاملی ساختار ساده عامل ها به دست آمد. عامل ها تحت عناوین اهداف و نیازها، محتوا و منابع، شیوه های یاددهی- یادگیری، اجرا و ارزشیابی نام گذاری شدند. در نهایت با توجه به این شش عامل موثر بر برنامه درسی مبتنی بر وب، مدل مفهومی آن طراحی شد.

This study was an applied descriptive-analytic survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 524 individual teachers and 58 pedagogical experts from Lahijan، Iran in 2014، among whom 308 teachers and 58 pedagogical experts were selected as the sample size. The researcher-made questionnaire including 72 items on web-based curriculum was used as the data gathering tool. The validity of the questionnaire was estimated by the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure of sample adequacy and Bartlett test of sphericity which proved an adequacy for conducting the factorial analysis and reliability of the questionnaire was estimated by Cronbach Coefficient (α=0. 946). To analyze the data، the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with factorial analysis test were used. The factor analysis was conducted based on the analysis of the main components، and the results revealed that the web-based curriculum model comprised of 6 main components which could be modeled. The main components، totally، explained the 51. 280% of the variables total variance. Finally، simple structure of factors was obtained by using the oblimin rotation of factorial matrix. The factors were termed as ''objectives and needs''، ''content and sources''، ''learning-teaching methods''، ''implication'' and ''evaluation''.
