Distinguishing beneficiaries of pay-in-cash plan after targeting subsidies in Iran's urban areas

The current study, making use of the incoming duty of the families in the year 2008, seeks for an optimum method as an alternative for the current one to final the real urban families who deserve being paid subsidies. Based on result, against finding the poverty rate in families from their incomes which is not an accurate method, we can categorize them based on their personal characteristics, properties, and the quality of various properties of theirs, locality of their residence, and though poverty rate and finally whether they deserve being paid subsidies or not. Also, the government can make a live to understand the poor people by distinguishing those who are under the target live as whom deserving to receive subsidies.Keywords: die out of subsides, direct payment in cash, urban areas, alternative method test.
