The effect of indicators of social capital on local economic conditions; Case Study: Community of Tolab

Abstract:
In recent years, social capital, economic development as the foundation of any society is how. The importance of social capital in economic development in a community, to the extent that it can clearly be seen in the boom economy of all developed societies, World Bank, social capital as "the invisible wealth of a country" and it is at the recipient institutions and relationships, and norms as a form of social interaction. This paper uses the theories of Fukuyama, Bourdieu, Putnam and other theorists Adam Smith and the two domains (social and economic capital) to examine effects of social capital on the local economy. This study used data from the questionnaires and the method of random sample is obtained. Statistical community residents with a history of Mashhad scholars have lived over a year are. The sample population of 300 in the form the results show that three variables of social networks and social trust and social participation of the significant below 0 / 05 had. The findings also show to the indicators of social capital to promote economic situation will be shared between residents.
