The Role of Police Station Measures in Increasing the Level of Public Security

Public security is among the basic needs of all nations the enhancement of which is up to the police. The question is “how can police enhance the public security through more efforts?”. The present study tried to answer this question by exploring the measures taken by police stations in different areas: suitable measures which need enhancement in police stations; measures needed to be enhanced and new measures. Qualitative research method using deep interview was administered.The findings demonstrated that there are several different appropriate measures being taken in police stations to enhance the public security and some measures should be abandoned and corrected.
