The results have shown that most of chemical survivors because of lung damage suffer from severe respiratory infections and finally pneumonia after cold. Also, the most important health challenges for this group are such as: the exacerbation of skin trauma, immune disorders because of immune system weakness, early fatigue, decrease of blood oxygen in the lungs especially in crowded places and the possibility transmission of respiratory infections in rooms with 4 and 5 persons.
Conclusion
Because of sending some of the war disabled people affected by chemical weapons, out of specific caravan, it is necessary for the caravan managers and personnel to pay more attention to the health and examination of this group before trip and to provide the travel requirements for maintaining their health in the hajj season. Also, it is recommended to compile a care and treatment protocol for this group in Hajj season.
