Asceticism in Mowlana's Ideas

An issue often spoken about in mystic and religious books, including Mathnavi, is asceticism. Mowlana, the great Muslim poet and mystic, has also focused on this issue, which is worth studying so that today\'s man can benefit from this precious treasure. From an ascetic\'s point of view, the world is limited, valueless, and perishable (mortal). This worldly life is a passage to eternal life. There must be different reasons. The present article endeavours to describe the world from an ascetic\'s point of view and focus on the roots and consequences of asceticism in a descriptive-analytic way.
