An Overview of Correlation between Marital Adjustment and Communicative Beliefs of Employed, Married Women in Shahid Beheshti University

The current research is to analyze the correlation between marriage adaptability and relational beliefs in employed, marrid women. For this purpose, 100 female employees were randomly selected from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran. The research tools used to gather this information were relations belief indicator (RBI) and dyadic adjustment scale (DAS). The data were analyzed by variable regression assessment and one way variance psy chometric tools. The result indicate that the expectation outcome of antipating the mindset of a marriage partner and undermining the opposition (interactions) of a partner in total effected 42% of adaptability changes; mindset expectation, undermining opposition and the disinterest in changeability of a partner effected 40% of the partners satisfaction changes; mindset expectation and undermining opposition of agreed bilateral changes effected 38% of the couples. The; mindset expectation, undermining opposition and sexual perfectionisms (communicative beliefs) act key role in predicting the compatibility changes between couples. Also the results show that there is a meaningful difference between the communicative beliefs of couples and matrial adjustment (partner satisfaction and agreement) at different educational levels of assessments. The outcome of this research can be applied to cognitive education between employed couples and their corrections of some ineffective beliefs.
