The Rate of Principals Familiarity with the Triple Manegerial Skills and its Relationship with Their Performance

The main purpose of this research is the study of the school principals of Famenin’s familiarity with triple administrative skills and its relationship with their performance. Research Method is correlation. Statistical population includes all of the male and female principals of elementary, guidance and high schools in Famenin city and their numbers is 175. With Ratio random stratified sampling method about144 subjects were selected as research sample. The data gathering instruments are two researcher made questionnaires for assessment of the principals performance and managers triple skills. cronbach alpha reliability estimation revealed their reliability to be. /94 and. /82 respectively. Research findings show that there is significant relationship between principals skills and their performance (r=0.47, p=0.001). In addition there are significant differencces among three level principals performance(F=6, p=0.01) due to familiarity with triple skills (F=8.78, p=0.001).
