Abstract:
There are many factors that caused Oman to welcome many explorers and travelers from different countries. For example, strategic location of Oman, being a peninsula, locating at the gate of the Persian Gulf and Oman Strait, being by the way of India and the Red Sea, being in connection with ancient civilizations of Iran, India and Yemen and many other factors. The aim of the article is to study Oman in Western explorers’ diaries.
