A Review on the Relationship between Targeted Organizational Forgetting and Organizational Agility

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between targeted organizational forgetting and organizational agility in electronic Industry in Shiraz. The methodology that used in this study was a descriptive correlation The study population is consisted all staff 43 people of the organization of information technologies and communication in Shiraz Municipality. In this study Mahmoudvand’s questionnaires of targeted organizational forgetting and Hosseini’s questionnaires of organizational agility have been used. To determine the validity, the judgments and the feedback of professors and experts in the set. Reliability of this questionnaire by using Cronbach's alpha was calculated 0.85 and 0.96, respectively. In this study, Simple random sampling was used and the sample size is 38 people according to Morgan table. To describe Data the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, And For data analysis, Pearson correlation, regression is used Pearson correlation analysis showed that there are significant and positive relationship Between the Unlearning component of organizational forgetting dimensions with all of organizational agility components Also there is a significant and positive relationship between avoid bad habits component with technology and market components of organizational agility. But there is no significant relationship between bad habits Components with other agility components such as integration, team building, quality, change, development and welfare of employees. And so the results regression test show that targeted organizational forgetting targeted institutional has have a good predictor of organizational agility And that between targeted organizational forgetting components, unlearning component had the most predictive of organizational agility.
