Making Science Promotion Culture in Islamic University (Practices and Barriers)

Generation of sciences and science development has always been a crucial concern during the years after triumph of Iranian Islamic revolution (post revolution era). The present paper intends to define the challenges in software movement, hardware aspects and culture of generation of sciences and analysis the barriers and theoretic practices in this field.

Method of research is library based on analytic method.

The results of the research indicate the necessity of more concern and attention on following issues: culture, education, research and finally management. The author of the article also finds the barriers of sciences generation in epistemology, individually and socially, morality, management and research fields.

The author of the paper concludes that making science promotion in university requires fundamental modifications in cultural, educational, epistemology and management fields.
