Comparative Study of Creativity & Innovation in the World of Teaching Strategies in Islamic Universities

The present research is intended to investigate the components and definitions of an educational system in Islamic university that is based on creativity & innovation. The article highlights the role of potentialities and talents of researchers and attempts to develop and flourish the potentialities.The method of the survey is content analyzes. The result of the research is a strategic document for "Islamic university". The mentioned document emphasizes on the role of creativity & innovation. Perspectives and strategic documents of the university are considered as ideas that are actualized inside universities. The managers and authorities of the universities should avoid conscious and unconscious tolerance in preparing perspectives and strategic document of Islamic university. Additional and unnecessary tolerance may bring some problems and difficulties in future. The author of the article suggests more attention on language construct and patterns at the end of the research.
