Proposing a Model for Selecting the most Appropriate Alternative of hird Party Logistics (3PLs) Company in Iran

In recent years, outsourcing of the non critical activities of a company in its supply chain as been widely considered among organizations. 3PL company stands for Third Party ogistic organizations, are those companies outsource some of their production or service ections.Choosing an appropriate third party for cooperation and outsourcing, is among the main hings should be mentioned in this field of business. A well-defined and wise-designed pproach must be selected in choosing the third party company. n this research, by using of analytical hierarchy process conjugated with ELECTRE ethod, a model is proposed for selecting the best third party company among feasible onsidered options. Questionnaires are designed carefully by detecting important criteria ndapplying Delphi method and were sent to experts. At last, weights of criteria obtained.
