Engineering organizational culture in Globalization Era
Abstract:
In this research along with engineering culture plan and pattern in state organizations in the era of globalization, we examined current situation in state organizations of the country (in statistical scale), concerning different models of knowing and explaining organizational culture. In this survey after determining appropriate features of organizational culture (by elites), we present an appropriate comprehensive model for engineering organizational culture matched with cultural traits of the Iranian society and the global circumstances. It is an applied research in essence. The statistical society consists of two groups. The first group of 25 cultural journalists identified the elements of engineering workplace culture which are significant in designing a model. The second group of 50 managers and experts from state organizations were in the study to show normal distribution of categories and measuring research variables. For the analysis of data we used descriptive statistics and frequency distribution along with inferential statistics using Xu-Friedman test.
