Cultural Intelligence and Global Leadership

Doubtlessly in today world with diversity of person(s) and ideas it is important to have leaders who are able to connect and understand others.One competence of global leadership is" to have a large amount of cultural intelligence" which is fortunately both acceptable and increasable as a skill.
This article hypothesizes global leaders need a large amount of cultural intelligence.So it presents a theoretical principle and some related literature to the hypothesis via studies concern documents,articles and a proper frame work.
The result shows that cultural intelligence is necessary for global manageme nt and leadership.
