The paleontological study of Development ,after discourse of Development shows that the power circuit of western countries has been hidden so far.The currencies which was experienced in three periods of theorism ,establishment of Development,practical feedback in countries and last spending many trials and errors that gives us wisely ideas and principles, leads to smooth the track of Development ,surely.
This article studies amount of theories and viewpoints particularly focused on “Globalization Age” and“Identity of nations” and consequently represent a clear image of the stages and processes of Development.
