The relationship between managers triples skills and the application rate of the learning organization components

This research has been done to examine the relation between manager’s triple skills with rate of application of the element of learning organization in school. The statistical society included all guidance school teachers of Hamadan city in educational year of 90-91، from which about278 teachers were selected using KERJESI & MORGAN’s sample (table). The obtained information collected using questionnaire about managers’ triple skills and the applicable questionnaires of learning organization elements. The research data were analyzed in two statistical level: descriptive (amplitude، percent، average، criterion deviation) and inferential (coefficient of unity، T test، unilateral variance analysis and multi changeable regression). The results show that the situation of manager’s triple skills and also the rate of application of learning organization in examined schools was higher than middle (normal). there was a relation between the rate of manager’s triple skills and applicable elements of learning organization; also the rate of manager’s tendency to apply learning organization element is predictable via their triple skills. In other words، the tendency of managers to (Personal capabilities، Mental patterns، A common goal(shared vision)، Team learning and systems thinking) by their triple skills is predictable.
