The meaning of smuggling human beings includes many situations, from illegal immigration to compulsory marriage, exploiting the labors, prostitution and so on. But the most common definition for smuggling human beings is about exploiting the women. Although all the women are not engaged in prostitution, women and children are smuggled for the purpose of sex exploitation. They have been engaged to this work by force. This is the result of European Union conclusion in its research. Some times this action has not been registered in police data base and some times it may be registered in another site by mistake and, occasionally, as there are not any rules in this matter; it has been reported with a false title. Human smuggling is a profitable criminal business with low risk which is inclusively increasing and controlled by criminal organization groups. The possibility of identifying and convicting the traffickers in many regions are very low and some times there is not any correspondence between the level of their sentence and the crime committed by them. This article tries to define the meaning of human smuggling and, to explain the differences between human smuggling and smuggling immigrants
