Study the Relationship between Organizational Virtues Cultivating and Improving Ethical Climate

Abstract:
Introduction
This descriptive survey research was studied the relationship between cultivating organizational virtuousness and improve the moral climate in the Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality.
Method
84 participants (male and female) from the Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality were selected by random sampling. The participants completed a questionnaire that factors of cultivating organizational virtuousness and moral climate were assessed.
Results
The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between the cultivating organizational virtuousness & improving ethical climate. Also there is a significant relationship between the cultivating organizational optimism, organizational forgiveness, organizational trust, organizational compassion & improving ethical climate. In the other hand, there is not any significant relationship between the cultivating organizational integrity & improving ethical climate.
