Globalization and The Electronic Public Relations in the Iranian Government Organizations
Abstract:
In this research we try to answer the question that how globalization process can impacts on the electronic public relations in the Iranian government organizations. We first review the existing literature followed by establishing a theoretical framework of this topic considering all psychological, economic, and strategic factors that shape up the electronic public relations process which has been already investigated by the public relations office of the City of Tehran. In this research our method is based on practical objectives and some field surveys and their corresponding analytical processing methods. This survey includes all the public relation managers of the city of Tehran and the 184 people that have responded to the questionnaire form. Due to statistical limitations of this survey and limited number of participants the number of samples is the same as the total number of the community. For an accurate analysis of this data we use average, percentage of abundance, X2, and Friedman trial methods. At the end, considering the Friedman’s method of ranking various elements of electronic public relations in government organizations, we offer strategic suggestions based on the recent expansion of the world globalization.
