Identification of Effective Factors in Entrepreneurship Development of Agricultural Cooperatives in Tehran Province

The main purpose this study is to identify effective factors in entrepreneurship development of agricultural cooperatives in Tehran province. To achieve the purpose of this study Correlation method was used. The total population of this study was members of agricultural cooperatives of Tehran province (N= 74388) and sample was selected through proportionate sampling random sampling method by using Cochran formula (n=260).The main research tools was questionnaire and its validity was confirmed by a panel of experts. The reliability of questionnaire was measured by measuring the Cronbach alpha =α 0/94. The results of the study showed the majority of respondents (36/5%) believed the current situation of entrepreneurship development in cooperatives was in medium range. It was also found out that the most important factors affecting entrepreneurship developments of agricultural cooperatives were economic and psychological factors which explained 23% of variance in dependent variablet.
